Which FPL players are on international duty ahead of Double Gameweek 32?

A week of international fixtures gets underway today, with Germany and Wales among the countries in action this evening.

This is the final international break of 2018/19 and falls before the biggest Double Gameweek of the season, so there will be a nervy wait for Fantasy managers as we keep our fingers crossed for an injury-free seven days.

This article gives a club-by-club rundown on which assets will be away from their sides during this period, also detailing the dates in which these players will be competing for their respective countries.

There are several high-profile names missing from this list, of course.

Mohamed Salah (£13.3m) won’t be linking up with Egypt, while Aymeric Laporte (£5.9m) and Sergio Aguero (£11.8m) will not be representing their respective countries either.

Alexandre Lacazette (£9.4m) was omitted from the France national squad, while Gonzalo Higuain (£9.6m), like Aguero, wasn’t selected by Argentina head coach Lionel Scaloni.

Marcos Alonso (£6.4m), Cesar Azpilicueta (£6.3m) and Jonny (£4.3m) won’t feature for Spain, meanwhile.

There are a cluster of players whose countries are scheduled to be in action in the early hours of Wednesday March 27 who then face a long-haul flight back from the Americas: Tim Ream (£4.2m), Antonio Valencia (£6.4m), DeAndre Yedlin (£4.5m), Miguel Almiron (£6.0m), Fabian Balbuena (£4.2m), Javier Hernandez (£6.1m) and Raul Jimenez (£6.8m).

It may be, however, that some of those players have been the subject of agreements between club and country to return to the UK before their respective nations’ second fixture over the international break, as has been the case before.

The good news for owners of Argentina and Brazil assets is that those two countries aren’t playing their two international friendlies in South America, although Argentina travel to Morocco on Tuesday.

Sadio Mane (£10.0m) is amongst the popular Fantasy options in action in Africa on Tuesday, while Son Heung-min (£8.6m) will be heading over to Asia for a double-header with South Korea – the second fixture being contested on Tuesday morning (UK time).

I thinks its more on him taking them to Wembley haha.
Auba is a good shout,to be honest, but feel Leno has been the more consistent.

        Some nice picks there!

        Haha, Huddersfield-No one. xD

Yeah, that Mane pick over VvD was a brain fart, Virgil 100% takes the cake.

Newcastle Rondon is pretty good, but I've been more impressed by Newcastle's resoluteness at the back. Least goals conceded outside top 7 is great!

Same but my problem in picking a CB for Newcastle would be that they've all shared time looking best this season, Fernandez was their stand out defender at the start of the season and isn't even in the team now.

My bad haha. A few edits

        Liverpool-VvD
        West Ham- Rice

Not changing Ryan. Taking Brighton to Wembley is a huge deal.
Leno has been the most consistent Arsenal player in their team. Auba and Laca have been electric in many games, but Leno still takes the cake for me.

Why Leno? He's hardly kept a cs.
Grant scored 2 goals in the last match.
      Why ndudi?
      Pretty terrible choices

Eye test over stats for Leno imo. Arsenal wouldve conceded a hell of a lot more without him.
Grant transformed that Huddersfield side attacking dimension imo. Every game he starts, has always made an impact.

Seems to be united defenders in most FH teams. Am I missing something here? Currently only have pogba from United as I prefer jiminez to Rashford and kane to lukaku as it stands. If Kaku is definately back in the team then I might bring him.

I would prefer Jimenez to rashford but there’s a high high chance he’s rested in one of the two games, so will reluctantly probably avoid him in favour of someone who should play both

Pretty strong team though. I have Deulo, but have heard he’s a high rotation risk too with FA Cup semi... also currently have AWB and Schlupp, but may go with the latter only as he’s apparently playing LW

I did consider a schullp Awb double up as Im not sure Chelsea will keep a Cs on current form. Which gives me the budget to upgrade deulo, but not sure who to

I have 5.2m ITB that can be used in diff places (FH), and undecided on the likes of Deulo, Mili, Doherty, Laporte....

    DDG
    Laporte Schlupp Doherty
    Sterling Hazard Pogba Deulofeu Milivojevic
    Aguero Rashford

(cheapo bench). Some obvious ones would be CHE defender in for Doherty, Kane for Rashford etc

    Cheers in advance

Pour it into a Deu/Mili upgrade or a quality third striker.

RP this conundrum to get some FFS wisdom. Obviously will depend on fitness for Lukaku and Rash!

    A) Lukaku, Bats/Jimi, Bilva, Duffy, Schlupp
    B) Rashford, Bats/Jimi, Dilva, Smalling, PvA

My feeling is Lukaku has a higher ceiling and will be a big differential but having Rash gives better players overall....

Yeah, it is something I am trying to avoid, but it seems I am stuck with double Palace or double Brighton or playing Jonny.

Looks decent for a Kane team. I am personally avoiding as just not convinced he will perform the way everyone expects.

What about a BHA defender instead of one of your CRY boys?
