Am I encouraging some bad defending karma by using a backline with the acronym S-L-A-K?

I suppose it could be worse, if I had Guita in nets they'd get done by everyone.

Think I know what most will go with but which of these would you say is better...

Higuain barely making any of the FH sides, odd considering those fixtures.

Is it a justified argument to go Dilva over Sterling on a FH because...

• Well rested for international and likely to start both

• Save 3+ million which could bulk up the team massively

• Dilva is ‘due’ a goal

• KDB could still be eased back

• Sterling could only start one

Salah and Higuain to Hazard and Aguero for -4?
Will swap Hazard out after this GW.

Usualluy play Tielemans and Pereira, but with the DGW players, they're benched... all good?

Best SGW player gamble. I’m increasingly thinking this may be the way to go and not a differential such as Alli if I gamble.

A Vardy (pricey and forward spot but great fixture and potential haul)
B Maddison or Tielemans (cheap 5th mid - low risk)
C Mane (instead of Pogba?)
D Liverpool defence (cs and attacking returns?)
E Bournemouth mid or attacker (cheap but Bournemouth away)

Let’s be honest, is Sterling only now ‘essential’ for the FH team because of his recent hatricks?

How often have we seen a player get hatricks then follow up with average returns

Not saying Sterling is a bad pick but he does get rested and has just returned from internationals

Is too much to get Alonso and Luiz? who would u get instead?

There doesn't seem to be a 4th mid who has that winning combination of form, fixtures and lack of rotation risk for our FH teams, after we have stuffed them full of the common premiums. So if we are technically facing the potential of that 4th mid returning in only one game...is it time to consider a SGW player in that slot? Some good SGW fixtures this week

Got 4.3 in the bank, planning on transferring Son in for Westwood ahead of GW34 then making a double swoop for a dirt cheap defender on a double (Valery for Trent?) and a striker on a double for Barnes (thinking Jimenez if Wolves lose the semi to Watford) Thoughts please.

Only team I’ll be tripling up on is City.

Maybe Chelsea if I have CHO as first sub.

I keep reading how it’s essential to have triple Utd and Chelsea and it’s very concerning for the community 😉

Jimenez to play (or to be rested) but stuck in Mexico until at least the 27th at 5 AM UK time, meaning it could only be in UK on the 28th the earlier seems quite tight to be ready to play on Sat at 3PM at burnley isn't it?

Sane surely a banker to start against Cardiff (H)?

Might be worth a go on FH. I think Sane at home to Carfiff (90 mins) would probably match / outscore Sterling away to Fulham (90 mins).

I was originally looking at Freehit this week but my two rivals have both used their TC.

I was thinking of TC Sterling this week and making 5 transfers for -16 in the hope that he 'pays for the hits' then free hitting GW33 and having plenty of DGWs for the bench boost in GW35.

Seems the best way to navigate without WC?

Should I get
a) Lindelof in a 4-3-3
or
b) Deulofeu in a 3-4-3?

Do not have enough TV so can spend a maximum of 5.6 on the 4th Mid.

People worried about Sterling/Aguero's minutes over the DGW, City's schedule is as followed:

30/03: DGW Game 1
03/04: DGW Game 2
06/04: Fa Cup Semi vs Brighton
09/04: UCL vs Spurs

It is very plausible that City go fall strength in both their EPL fixtures and then field a weaker side against Brighton in the Semi's.
This would give the main City starters 1 week of rest.

To me this seems more likely than City going with a weak team for their 2nd EPL game and then a Strong team in the FA cup as it means the main City starters would have a few days rest before they play Spurs.

I personally think both Sterling and Aguero will start both games during the DGW - and one of these players will be given the TC.
