Fantasy managers intending to play the Norwegian edition of FPL this season are reminded that it starts this weekend.

The deadline for Gameweek 1 of Eliteserien Fantasy is at 14:30 GMT on Saturday, March 30.

We’ve been building up to the opening round of fixtures in recent weeks with plenty of articles on all facets of the game.

      Same is a risky one.

      Son would be a safer pick but equally Sane could only play one game yet get you 15 pts.

      Wait on Rash, but think it could be a good option if you wanted a bit of fun.

      Issue with Hig is that one bad game and Giround is lurking.

      Was injured for those three premier league games, but returned after injury and played in the cup game, and CL game, hasn't played for France, and seems to be the preferred centre back of the four available to Pep.

      I still say Ederson/Luiz is the better, safer, more nailed on, combination. But Laporte is the best choice of any City defender.

        Think Ederson Luiz is actually riskier - Laporte is the only fit centre half, had a few weeks rest. David Luiz has Cahill and Christensen as potential rotation options.

        Emerson and Azpi the expensive option, but I’ve gone for Kepa and Laporte.

          I'm not buying the rotation risk of Luiz....I mean sure, all players, especially in a double game week, are somewhat of a rotation risk, but Cahill hasn't played all season, and Christiansen has played, what, three times?
          Luiz also didn't have international duty.

          As I've said above, I expect Laporte will play both games, but would anyone be shocked if Pep rotated?...Ederson however is as nailed as can be.

          Luiz also slightly more attacking threat than Laporte.

    Why all this love for Alli/Son/Eriksen.

    First game, they are playing at Anfield which is arguably the toughest fixture for an attacker, then they have a game against palace in the new stadium which can be tricky and low scoring.
    They have a tough dgw fixture and a mediocre form. So everyones going for spurs attackers purely based on Nostalgia?
