The fourth round of our FFS Cup took place in Double Gameweek 32, with 64 Fantasy managers narrowed down to a final 32.

Our one surviving former champion, 2EyedTurk, bowed out of the tournament after suffering an 88-105 defeat to the lowest-ranked entrant remaining, Vulken.

Vulken is one of three FFS site users who all progressed to the round of 32 despite having a seven-figure rank (the others being dark91 and cam).

HPCAMPBELL is the only Fantasy manager remaining who sits inside the top 1,000, having seen off Dodgy Keeper 102-84.

Pinball Wizard was the highest-scoring tie winner of round four, thrashing The Boot 121-66.

Dušan Citizen was desperately unlucky to bow out despite registering a three-figure score, being pipped 106-105 by DMERRITT_99.

Moderators Rotation’s Alter Ego and G-Whizz both progressed to the last 32 after fairly comfortable victories, meanwhile.

In the battle between two managers who sit inside the top 10,000, aha_berg prevailed over rselfy123 by 95 points to 71.

Our highest-ranked manager, HPCAMPBELL, takes on Yasar Khan, currently sitting just inside the top 500,000.

Vulken will have to exact another giant-killing in order to progress to the last 16 as he takes on Lionac, who has an OR of 2,450 after Gameweek 32.

There are two ties drawn between two managers who lie in the top 10k: Lal Toofan v pkalogirou and Profa Benitez v SmoothRossi.

    It is the small victories in fpl that cheer me up I can now afford conor coady instead of Bennett in the wildcard team I want for gw 34 (bennett more likely to be benched in the DGW - Coady undroppable for Nuno?)

      Coady is the captain, so yeah, probably the most nailed on in the team. I've heard Wolves fans on social media calling for Nuno to play Saiss ahead of Bennett, but not sure about that to be honest.

      Interesting tripling on BHA in defence, the double ARE tempting to be fair! Not my cup of tea though.

      Looks good. Can I interest you in SOU attacking assets in Redmond, Ward-Prowse or Ings 🙂 ?

        I looked at Redmond and JWP. JWP in particular they are alternatives to Doucoure I suppose.
        But watfords games look too good. FA cup might change it.

        Coady has played every minute this season in league for wolves which is very impressive, I was surprised when I checked.
        The Brighton treble up is based on the theory they might nick a clean sheet, goal from a corner, plus ryan save points.
        Not only that Brighton have double-double' gameweeks - in quick succession.

          Fair enough. Yeah, the only reason people havent gone for Coady is his complete and utter lack of of goal threat.

          I've gone Dunk at the moment. May actually consider getting Ryan in too.

          I think JWP over Redmond. Redmond's a really lively and attacking player, and has drastically improved under Hasenhuttl, but his decision making in the final third is still very much a work in progress. JWP has set pieces and a fantastic strike. Very creative too.Would go him over Redmond if you're getting a SOU asset.

    This is not just about FPL.What's the story about Salah's class all day long here? He had one mind-blowing season and that's it.Did anyone watch him before he came to Liverpool? The answer is no.He ran down the wing without any technique or ability to shoot. No one is watching games, people are blinded by useless statistics like Kane's last year.He is not out of form last few weeks, he is out of form for months.Looking danger and using chances are two completely different things.

              Tap ins are one of the signs of good players, they know about scoring positions. Aguero has been doing that stuff since years in PL.

              I'm not in Salah or no Salah camp but 17 goals and some assists in one season are good enough for me to call him a good player. Not everyone can be Messi/Ronaldo and score consistently for years...

          Aguero is top scorer in the league with 19 goals.
          Sterling has most (fantasy) assists with 13.

          Salah has 17 and 10.

          He’s failed to score for a while now but is only two behind the leagues top scorer. I fail to see how this can be seen as bad.
          Also, same point regarding assists.

          Have you watched Liverpool play? Do you know ANYTHING about football? It would seem not, because Salah is having a great season. If this was his debut season you’d be singing a different song. It’s just because of how good he was last season that he looks ‘poor’ in your eyes.

          When his peers (this doesn’t include you, never, you) are saying he’s world class and one of the best players around and they respect him and admire his skill, then I’m at a loss when people (like you) start contradicting that.

          He offers more to Liverpool than goals and assists. I bet you’ll say Firmino is having a shocking season because he’s not scoring loads, even though he’s basucally playing about 4-7 different roles per game.

          Does it personally offend you that Salah is talked about highly? Are you one of these people who can’t stand it when English players are lauded for playing well? “He’s just overhyped!” I fail to get your point. I fail to see your rationale for saying what you’re blathering on about other than it’s because you probably hate Liverpool out of some bizarre rivalry you (‘hardcore’) fans concoct to give your life a bit more meaning.

          Stats don’t back up what you’re saying. Simple facts don’t back up what you’re saying.

          If he scores every game now till the end of the season what then? If he finishes top scorer or even 3rd/4th but just two behind Aguero, what then?

            Someone forgot his medic tonight..What's wrong with dude? Can you face reality? Half of his goals this season are taps.He can't even finish one-on-one situations (if you watched last 10 Pool's games).You compare him(in terms of goals) with Aguero and ofcourse forogt THAT HE PLAYED 9 GAMES MORE THAN AGUERO. He is playing like crap for a long time and that's the fact. I watched 85% of Pool's games this season, following football for almost 25 years, played 4 seasons professional, but as every child (like you admited you're) there is a legendary question: "Do you know ANYTHING about football?"           I don't think much has changed really, last season he scored A LOT of tap-ins and was just given the ball by a defender/keeper on multiple occasions, he is really good but he had a very lucky year last season - that being said, he does look like a classic 'confidence' player whose finishing can deteriorate when on a drought

                    Sorry? Grealish's control on games clearly helps defensively too - you really cannot underestimate his impact enough & that's from someone that really doesn't like the guy. Sure Mings has been good & Hause has done reasonably well but you lack quality + depth at RB, LB & in goal.

            I have a similar problem with Higuain. It feels wrong to transfer from a team that is playing this GW but his form has been dire and there is a risk Giroud will play. I want Lacazette though.

          with luiz only chelsea player and Vardy(C) and Wilson other forwards , Higuain has been poor and fear that sarri can play giroud there too but -4 is keeping me off this move, so suggestions?

            Everton kept many CS lately and Arsenal not great away from home. Higuain not cut out for this league imo. Said he would flop before he even arrived
