Heres my team - should I BB or TC?

If i TC will be on sterling (appears a differential in my mini league)

If I BB will take a -4 and transfer Ryan to Foster and either Duffy to Kolasinac or Lacazette.

Please appreciate any advice or tips!

So with Ryan, Duffy, Deeney and Bednerak on my bench would it is better to wait till GW36 to use benchboost now?
I could save a transfer this week before doing say Deeney > Long and try and then get in another Liverpool defender.

Gw36: Convert Sterling >> Salah (-4) and then TC salah

B:
Gw35: Save FT. Bench the 3 brighton players + Valery. TC Kun
Gw36: Convert Sterling >> Salah (c) and play Bench Boost of Ryan JWP Valery Kola

Option A gives me 9 extra players (8 during gw35BB and the TC gw36).
Option B gives me 6 extra players (4 during gw36BB + 2 for TC gw35)
