Summer signings may be key to Everton’s FPL appeal

Our latest Numbers Game article focuses on Everton, who many Fantasy managers are backing in their droves ahead of some appealing fixtures in the first 13 Gameweeks of 2019/20.

The Toffees sit top our Season Ticker over this time, meeting only two of the ‘big six’ between now and the end of December.

Not one of their first six away fixtures is against a side that finished in the top half of the Premier League in 2018/19.

The Numbers Game series delves into the underlying attacking and defensive statistics of last season and is only available for Members to read.

    Rank these £4.5s

    A) Heaton
    B) Henderson
    C) Pope
    D) Ryan

thinking over medium term so not taking immediate fixtures into account.

      C by a long way, then D, B, A.

C - Burnley don't have Europa, can maybe go back to their tried and trusted best. He's got a knock though?
D - Potter a much more attacking manager than Hughton, expect less clean sheets from Brighton (there weren't that many before).
A & B - Heaton a great keeper, but just so unpredictable whether newly promoted defences can handle premier league attacks.

SHU very good defensively last season, especially at home, but it's a big step up.

Cheers bud, Pope is my first choice as well.

To be honest I think I might prefer the promoted sides chances compared to brightons!

Yeah, and if I've read things right Burnley rotate well with Villa

Now that Heaton is with Villa, Pope/Heaton are a good double up (unless Pope's injury lingers).
