Which Spurs players are worth owning in FPL this season?

Tottenham Hotspur players are causing some Fantasy Premier League managers dilemmas at the start of the season.

They have a favourable opening fixture at home to Aston Villa but with a trip to Manchester City in Gameweek 2 and relatively expensive price points, their assets could be the ones to miss out on those initial teams.

However, there are some encouraging reasons to own some of Mauricio Pochettino’s players at the start of the new campaign.

In this article we assess Spurs’ defensive and attacking potential based on last season’s underlying statistics.

As this analysis uses data from the Fantasy Football Scout Members Area, only those who have signed up for the 2019/20 season can access it in full.

    Last one

    Pope (Button)
Robertson - VVD - Zinchenko - Montoya (Lundstram)
Salah - Sterling - Perez (Noble - Dendoncker)
    Kane - King - Wesley

Wish I had the funds to go Noble > McGinn or Lund > 4.5 for better rotation but i think i might have to wait until gw3 and see

RMT please..still can't kind of team I want.

    Pope-(Button)
    Robbo-TAA-Digne-Cathcart-(Diop)
    Sterling-Salah-Fraser-Perez-(Dendoncker)
    Wilson-Wood-(4.5)

This team leaves me with 0.5 itb, which could help me to turn Wood or whoever 6.5 I have there into Haller or Kean, or even Wilson into Rashford if he starts scoring.

    Any feedback is much appreciated.

What is the difference between ‘price’ & ‘price point’?

The ‘point’ bit seems utterly pointless and something some retail manager has introduced to sound more smart.

Just a guess, but I’d say - price is obvious and is just referring to how expensive a player is whereas price point refers to a group of players e.g 6.5 forward, 7.5 mid, 4.5 goalkeeper etc.

Seems best option at that price? Likely to play forward w Vardy in an attacking Leicester team with Tielemans and Maddison supplying...

Wood and Jota over the season. King is probably best for the start and Jota for slightly longer.

I think im finally buckling under the pressure and needing to free up funds ... Im going for a £4.5M keeper.... they seem to be able to keep pace with the premiums...

Ryan and Button the best way to go or go Pope and hope for save points through those sticky fixtures?
