Can Wolves’ FPL assets perform as well in 2019/20?

Wolverhampton Wanderers were one of the big success stories of last season, with Nuno Espirito Santo’s impressive side finishing seventh in their first Premier League campaign in six years.

The West Midlands club offered Fantasy managers some notable bargain buys, with Matt Doherty (£6.0m), Diogo Jota (£6.5m) and Raul Jimenez (£7.5m) the three stand-out assets.

Doherty, Jimenez and several others have been handed price rises in Fantasy Premier League this summer, however, and aren’t quite the cut-price gems they were 12 months ago.

Do Wolves players still appeal, then, going into 2019/20?

      He is in for me - he is head and shoulders the best value 6.5m forward for the season.

      Tonight’s game isn’t ideal for GW1 and he probably has a bit more rotation risk this year but I’m on board

      Ignore that clown dreaming for glory. Fine team. I'd go Zinchenko over walker and next week Moura for B Silva who is now must own for the first 5 weeks, now Sane is out for months and Mahrez back late

      I like it a lot. Think King and Wilson is a great shout for first two weeks. Picking one for GW1 is basically impossible.

            Doubtful, he hasnt played with the team at all and Zinch has done generally well. He wont be facing Salah this weekend. If that happens I will get Lanzini from the bench so its not a big deal.

            That 0.5 saved with Zinchenko is tempting to be honest. It's a transfer waiting to happen though, but at 5.5 he'll be easy to transfer out for a different option in the same price bracket.
