Can Wolves’ FPL assets perform as well in 2019/20?

Wolverhampton Wanderers were one of the big success stories of last season, with Nuno Espirito Santo’s impressive side finishing seventh in their first Premier League campaign in six years.

The West Midlands club offered Fantasy managers some notable bargain buys, with Matt Doherty (£6.0m), Diogo Jota (£6.5m) and Raul Jimenez (£7.5m) the three stand-out assets.

Doherty, Jimenez and several others have been handed price rises in Fantasy Premier League this summer, however, and aren’t quite the cut-price gems they were 12 months ago.

    Thoughts on this? Im hesitant to start with 1 striker this year, but I see more value / points in the mids at the moment than say jota, king, wood. Open to suggestions with Montoya - I heard he was an attacking wing back for Brighton

        It really isn't. Fpl is about efficiency of points (within reason) so the most expensive players really have to work hard.

        When he hauls you drop hard, but when he blanks you rise hard.

    What makes people think he will replicate his previous season? Looking at his history, last season looks like an anomaly. i know he's had his injuries but even so, the double double for goals and assists has come from nowhere.
