Can Wolves’ FPL assets perform as well in 2019/20?

Wolverhampton Wanderers were one of the big success stories of last season, with Nuno Espirito Santo’s impressive side finishing seventh in their first Premier League campaign in six years.

The West Midlands club offered Fantasy managers some notable bargain buys, with Matt Doherty (£6.0m), Diogo Jota (£6.5m) and Raul Jimenez (£7.5m) the three stand-out assets.

Doherty, Jimenez and several others have been handed price rises in Fantasy Premier League this summer, however, and aren’t quite the cut-price gems they were 12 months ago.

    Don’t want to play Barkley in gw 1 but want a punt on him without using a transfer to bring him in.
    Can play 4-5-1 in GW3 benching King against City.

    Trossard and Barkley also cover each other early on when each has a bad fixture.
    Just wondering whether it’s worth dropping either Robertson or TAA down to VVD and using the 0.5 to get a 4.5m instead of Lundstrum now that Besic has gone to the Blades.

    There are so many mid price mids that I'd like to have in my team. Really suits playing a 4-5-1 I think.

    Its a shame there aren't any cheap strikers that I'm confident would get 2 points (a Dendoncker equivalent)...
