This week, Joe is joined by Az and David to discuss the key Fantasy Premier League talking points ahead of Gameweek 3.

The next round of action is an important one for Fantasy managers as many will be wielding their two free transfers.

Already bandwagons have begun to form, so our Scoutcasters will be discussing how best to approach these.

Naturally, Teemu Pukki (£6.7m) is a prime example after he scored a hat-trick in Gameweek 2.

However, we will also be examining Liverpool assets after a lacklustre start to the season at both ends of the pitch.

      I had a similar team and took a -8 as a mini WC to save the WC for later when it’ll be more needed imo

      I'd keep tabs on Perez and Wilson, but you're good.

      Perhaps Wilson to Pukki and Perez to Martial and you are set- absolutely NO need to WC

        ^This. Wilson, Jota and Perez should be transferred out but not at the cost of hits imo. You could do Wilson to Pukki and Perez to Martial with a simple -4 if you really want them out.

      Nope.

      Think there are 2 premium defenders too many but there's still plenty of long term value in your squad. Only Perez looks dicey to me but he can come good and is an easy fix.

      I'd give it a week and get Kane in this time from TAA. Core of your side is fine.

      Plenty going all in on Lund and Montoya and even Villa defence. May look okay now but it's a fair bet that it'll look otherwise soon enough.

      If you are a referring to Lundstram he isn't technically a defender, he just gets cleansheet points and you should take a look at his stats so far if you can find a site with them.

    Advice for wildcarders: Dont move into the optimal GW1/2 team, move into the best 3-6 team.
    Fixtures/form wise thats heavy on City, Utd & Eve.

    Imo peeps always go with the gut feeling.

    That odd little pick could be the difference in winning the league your in or not. I.e. the 20 points difference between A and B. Small margins.

    You all end up with the same teams it kinda defeats the object. Sometimes taking a risk pays off.

            I say it’s worth it. I’m not keen on kane at all as I have gone for the returning son.

            If it goes well you could work out that -4.

    I fell very good about not using my WC yet.

    Made 2 transfer, tsken a -8 hit, have not ripped up my team and going to sleep soon feeling good about my team and not having to still figure out the WC.
