    On WC:

    Pope (Heaton)
    AWB-VVD-Digne (Kelly, Lundstram)
    KDB-Salah-Sterling-Cantwell (Dendocker)
    Wesley-Haller (King)

    Thoughts?

I'd get Pukki and one playing GK should do.

Forwards not tried and tested yet.
      Wesley or Haller not both.
AWB dropping in price so do that tomorrow.
Cantwell 4th mid pushing it IMO. Good early form but things could go pearshaped.
5 cheep players too many IMO

Yes. If KDB gets a bunch of assists you will get points anyway because Sterling/Aguero are the most likely to be putting them in the net.

Or is it a better idea to go with triple City attack for now and in few weeks remove Kun and then get TAA?

Had a dream last night that Aguero is going to haul. I am on WC.

Would you do Aguero if you are able to keep TAA, VVD, Salah, Sterling and Pukki?

Will have no KDB but rest of midfield will be very good. Rest of defence also good.

Plus will have money left in bank.

    Yes or no to Aguero?

So I was all set to keep Vardy but then he played 90 minutes midweek and blanked again. Meanwhile Bournemouth rested most of their first teamers. I also didn't know Leicester struggled so much against them in PL era - https://www.11v11.com/teams/leicester-city/tab/opposingTeams/opposition/AFC%20Bournemouth/
But then again my initial plan was to give him a chance for first 4 and reassess situation later. They could lose 4-3 tomorrow and he scores a hat-trick, 2 tap-ins and a pen - you just never know when it comes to Jamie.

Maybe my priority should be to deal with Martial first. 2.2m in the bank since yesterday which means I can follow the majority and buy KDB. But I always like differentials so I'm thinking about Pepe or Son who will (in my opinion) break the template in September or October.

Another option is Kun & 6.7 MID. Or Auba. Haller. I also haven't jumped on Pukki-train, yet. I just don't know what to do...

That's Jamie for you. That being said, I've pulled the trigger and swapped him out for Haller in order to save some cash for next week.

I like both Son and Pépé a lot but I'd still go for De Bruyne. Brighton(H) and Norwich are too juicy.

Cheers. I disagree with you but I wouldn't have posted if I wanted a gtg. I'm swapping Pope to Adrian as I think Allisson is out for a while. Easy transfer when he returns though. I had Gomez but I think that place is Matip's now. Enables me double Pool defence for a fraction of the cost so I can have the big hitters in attack. I started with 5 in defence incl. 2 Pool and that backfired

Don't understand the hate for Adrian. Yes he's poor but with no return date for Ali (correct me if I'm wrong), he's better than the other 4.5m keepers surely

I am not trying to upset in any way. Just you have too many risks and Adrian Matip could be horrible leaving you only i Pool pick and a possible 8 points in tfrs to get rid. If it were a free hit is the only way I would take on Adrian.
Only a viewpoint. an RMT should be criticized because that is where you get the benefit.

Haha no worries I'm not at all offended (although "shocker" was harsh!). As you say, honest feed back is what you want for a RMT. However, you say my team is too template but not perhaps not template enough with Adrian, Matip and possibly Ceballos. I think Adrian has a few games in him and I think/hope Matip will continue at CB for a while. I already have Salah so wouldn't get Mane and Firmino and Matip could be upgraded back to TAA or Virg if Ceballos doesn't work. Whilst Adrian is in goal, I think the premium Pool defenders are too pricey. Cheers

Hits are always bad news but necessary.
Most WC's would cost 28 points average and 8 of those points are downgrade surgery.
20 points over a season is not much in the big scheme of things.
I see players holding onto Perez and the like because early on there are more pressing TFRS.

Yep agree, you can really set yourself up nicely by getting on the early bandwagons who look long term value. My GW1 team had the likes of Siggy, Robinson, King and Adams who have already dropped 0.6m. By WC'ing early (last GW), I was able to avoid all those drops and get on some guys who look great value long term. I was able to bring in Pukki for 6.6m who is now 7m, Mount for 6.0m who is now 6.2m, KDB for 9.5m now 9.7m, Cantwell 4.5m, now 4.7m and Lundstram 4.0m now 4.2m.

Historically, my wildcard has been my poor choice, making it a nightmare to rectify.
If your GW1 squad was a poor choice, a WC is the obvious solution.
If you've started well, it's actually quite a predicament. I have started well, but there are 5 or 6 changes I'd like to make next week, so that puts me in quite a dilemma.

The season I finished 5k, I wildcarded a good team to get on assets that had a fixture shift. Plent on here said it was silly. I noticed Christina and maybe one or two others wildcarded from a position of strength in after GW1 this season andits working out really well thus far.

I'm trying to decide this also
      Sterling
      - seems like more upside 20+pts
      - hat trick GW1
      - CS point and goal extra point
      - more assist potential
      - highest PPG last season
      - 2 shots last week

      Aguero
      - max upside say hattrick 17pts
      - brace last GW, arguably in better recent form
      - on penalties
      - differential pick
      - game might suit him more if BHA pack the box
      - will likely play 90, unlike most of last season
      - 4 shots last GW

Analyse the above and let me know ha ha
