McGinn for me, he will become my 4th mid after this GW (playing Cantwell over him atm) as I think he'll be great value in good fixtures!

    B) martial and vvd out for Pepe and soyuncu -4 points

Yeah but I won't be getting him anyway even if he hauls next 1-2 weeks. Think long term there are just a lot better options. You're in quite a different position to me though. As I think you have 2 FT this week. I WC'ed last GW.

yeah, I'm even considering keeping Auba. Go big or go home.

No Salah though. Mane will have to do for now.

I'm keen on Auba. Kane will likely become him GW6 or GW8 some point unless Spurs pick up some form. I don't have Salah either but not too worried. I think Sterling is just miles ahead of everyone else as the best captain option at the moment. I don't think Mane is the right guy to have, once Liverpool's fixtures are stronger and City's decline, I'd be looking to get Salah. But for now it's not much of an issue imo.

I suspect part of the reason is the lack of movement from Abraham and Giroud. But once defences wise up to closing him down, I'm not sure he has the maturity or guile to offer as much as Eriksen and Kev.

Martial being out for an undisclosed period presents me with a conundrum

    Pope,
    Digne, Zinchenko, Dunk
    Mane, Sterling, Martial, KdB, Cantwell
    Kane, Pukki

    Button, Lundstram, Greenwood, Hanlon

    1 FT, 0.2 ITB

A - play Greenwood in hope he gets more minutes now that Martial is out and save FT for after IB. Obviously hoping Martial is back after IB
B - Kane, Martial -> Aguero, Mount (if he's announced ready to play). Downside is team will be stretched price wise and Jesus is probably back in rotation after IB
C - Kane, Martial -> Son, Haller. Son played closer to goal than Kane, so maybe he should cover Spurs. Downside - they are shite without Eriksen and Poch is clearly looking for a way to play without him. Then again Arsenal is Arsenal

He was very much a form player at Newcastle and would go months without looking like scoring. I thought he might hit the ground running at Leicester and replicate his end of season form, but he looks like he did at the start of last season, where he didn't score until November.

Luxury option when it comes to Keepers. Thanks each their own but rather save and spend money over having rotation options for my keeper.

Sterling and Salah are there, so that's nice. I like the defence as well. Siggy and Kane out of form so I wouldn't wait too long if they don't return. Especially if you could swap them for example with De Bruyne and Pukki/Haller or something like that.

Also, what moves for the -8. I also see one AV defender. Am I missing something?

King, Siggy and Wickham are your concern areas. Kane has a good set of 4 games in which he will invariably come good. I'd be tempted to break the -8 to two sets of -4 over this week and IB so the ranking push back isn't too drastic.

      GW 4:- Siggy and Guilbert for Zaha/Mount/ Lanzini + Emerson/ another 5.5
      GW 5:- King to Jota/ Barnes/ Pukki.

Heaton, Wickham etc., can be dealt with on your WC.

Already have Pukki. Have Wildcarded this week and team looks like this:

        Pope
        Soyuncu Zinchenko Digne
        Salah Sterling KDB Maddison Mount
        C.Wilson Pukki

        Button, Greenwood, Lundstrum, Kelly

Cal registered 3 assists so far and has decent fixtures but open to ideas.

I’d probably go Barnes instead of Wilson and use some cash to get a Liverpool defender in personally

Ofc it’s different for everyone season to season but what do you guys say is an average number (roughly obv lol) hits you take a year Cheers

Prob about once every 4 weeks or so, so maybe 10? But I’m a firm believe of judging each move on its merits, and that hits aren’t inherently bad - so like you say it will very much depend on circumstances

I can't recall but I'd take quite a few if I was ahead in my mini-league. This year I want to play for OR. So far no hits, no WC.

      Keeper on a WC,

      Pope or Adrian?

I know Adrian is a transfer waiting to happen, but I've swapped VVD out, still have TAA. If get Adrian it still gives me the Pool defensive double up that I sort of want.

Making me doubt my mount over lanzini pick. If him and Haller keep up these numbers over the next 2 favourable fixtures I'll need to have one in on the WC when I use it.

Midfield 5 of sterling salah KdB mount lanzini could be good value

Yeah I’m going marital to Lanzini here and taking the price rise since I had from start, bad news is it’s for a minus 8 along with Kane-kun(C) good luckkkk lol

Roy Hodgson has hinted that Crystal Palace could be without three first teamers for the visit of Aston Villa this weekend.

Roy Hodgson, who rang the changes, confirmed Jeffrey Schlupp, Patrick van Aanholt and Joel Ward were all absent due to injuries, casting doubts over whether they’ll be involved this weekend against Villa.

      Is this true?

Yay Ceballos went up! I can now swap him to Mount for an extra 0.1

Is this move worth a hit? Already on -4, but have exact money for my planned team and hate missing out due to rises

We're making scientific advancements that may mean living longer, but for a variety of reasons we will still have human conflict and death. Possibly a bleak future, but we still have football.
