                I wanted to get ahead of the curve for Auba/Leicester etc and can't see a better time to use it other than the IB. I'm all ears though.
                Cheers on Cantwell - have only heard the rumours yesterday/early today.

                  I’m considering using transfers to take Salah out for GW9-12 and getting Auba and Vardy in and then using WC in GW13 to get Salah/ double Liverpool defence

                  Trouble is I’m pretty happy with our teams. Only real WC change I’d consider is basically Salah + a decent defender vs Auba & Vardy.

                  From GW13 (and with Alison back) triple Liverpool will be key I think so WC now with no Liverpool makes that difficult

            As a fan, watching Arsenal in the EL makes me happier than watching them in the PL. Probably an indication where Arsenal are at in 2019, but at least you get some enjoyable Thursday night games.

                I just don't understand United at the moment. Why get Ole instead of looking at a manager more suited to manage a club of that size? United have the money to get big players and should do better with their current squad as well. Surely it will sort itself out eventually.

                With Arsenal you know the next bad result is just around the corner, so you got to enjoy any good result.

                  To be honest as much as Ole is out of his depth I don’t think Klopp or Pep would do much with that squad. Something is wrong there.

                    Something is definitely wrong, and the squad isn't at United's standard. You have to question the transfer activity – especially since they didn't find a Lukaku replacement.

                    Feels very familiar for us Arsenal fans though.

                        Good point. The price tag will surely be a factor, so who knows how he'll manage it all. Hopefully Pépé will settle eventually. Even King Henry needed time, if I remember correctly.

                          Henry never looked like a bad player. Just didnt have the finishing touch but the quality was there to see.

                      If I were to wildcard over IB (which I may) my team would probably look similar. Not too sure on mcginn is the only one thing, given immediate fixtures

                      This would be v close to the wildcard template now (only McGunn and Dendonker really up for debate).

                      But it looks great until about GW12 but you are going to want Salah from then and there are more fixture swings - what then?

                        i think fpl overpriced him at 9.5. Coming from a French League team like Lille he should never be more than 8 or 8.5 max

                          6.5-7 at the max. Willian, pedro are 7 after playing few seasons in the league. Martial, pulisic are 7.5, big money signings themselves.

                        naser of bahrain just ran the 3rd fastest 400m all time. absolutely exciting. the 2 faster times were in the 1980s in a doping era.

                          I watched it and the sad thing is knowing about the 1980’s doping my first thought was ‘is she doping’.
