Euro 2020 qualifying match data available in Members Area

Fantasy Football Scout Members can now access the latest data from Euro 2020 qualifying.

The competition’s next round of action got underway on Thursday and the information from those games is now in the Members Area.

Earlier this season secured access to the qualifying data for the 2020 European Championship from Opta, which is still available to view.

CLICK HERE to access Euro qualifying data.

This will hopefully be of use to Fantasy managers in the long term when the Fantasy game for Euro 2020 is launched next May/June, allowing our Members to look at which players have been the most threatening or creative in qualifying.

Some of you may find the data useful right now, of course, as you keep tabs on your Fantasy assets during the international break.

Match data can be viewed on a game-by-game basis by clicking here, while player statistics and team stats are also in their usual format.

Be sure to select the ‘European Championship Qualifiers’ option from the drop-down menu, as shown below.

Starting from today, we will bring you Fantasy-orientated match reports from each of the latest matches, including Euro 2020 qualifiers and friendlies.

Data from Thursday’s qualifiers – including the Netherlands’ clash with Northern Ireland and Russia’s meeting with Scotland – can be found in the Members Area.

Matches taking place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including England’s trip to the Czech Republic, will drop into the Members Area as the full-time whistles blow.

It’s not just European Championship qualifying data that is available, though – we also have stats from selected international friendlies on hand in our Members’ Area.

You can see how the likes of Sadio Mané (£11.7m) and Roberto Firmino (£9.6m) are faring by selecting ‘International Friendlies’ from that aforementioned drop-down menu and then accessing team, player and match data from the games played this week.

Agree with Hazz here... His points/m are already better than Soy, plus on weeks that Leicester concede he'll tick over with attacking returns, a lil like TAA has.

On what basis? According to the fixture list for the first 8 fixtures, Everton have had the easiest run in and Leicester almost the hardest and yet Peirera has outscored Digne 40/27.

Now the fixtures have eased up for Leicester....

I’d want son as a differential against Watford. Why not a -4 for 3 transfers week after if you feel same. No doubt things will have changed again by then. Depends if price rises etc affect the moves you want to make.

To Pereira? Not for a hit, but based upon the first 8 fixtures in which Leicester had one of the hardest run-ins and Everton the easiest, Pereira outscored him 40/27.

Now the fixtures favour Leicester (slightly). I'd wait a week and then make the transfer.

I've been seeing a lot of love for Callum, but Idk if anyone watched the games, hasnt't King been the better player of late?

King has been dominating the highlights while Wilson looks a little off scuffing easy shots. Tempted to do King over Wilson despite cash in the bank.

King is normally running all over the pitch & less involved in the final goal, anyway

Needless to say, he's looked good of late.

If you don't mind the triple up, my go to would be Maddi. I personally tend to avoid triple ups whenever I can. CHO seems like a hot topic atm, but it is again a triple up and I personally would like to see him start more than 1 game before considering.

Other than that, you have your Andersons, Yarmolenkos, McGinns.

I would maybe consider banking that transfer and having 2FTs next week to asses and maybe upgrade Cantwell if you haven't bought him at 4.5m?

      1. andres
        • 12 Years
        4 years, 5 months ago

yes my exact same thinking, just wrote below 🙂

triple ups are very risky but CHO could be a good option and maybe eventually start outscoring mount which would mean upgrading him at some point. Need the starts though as you say.
Maddison is also a good pick.

I think I will pass on the Yarmolenkos's etc... not convinced by any of them ATM

          • 12 Years

haha, yeah it is not an easy one.. I have been stuck with Ceballos for ages now.. lost value on him already but there always seems to be a priority somewhere else..

I was thinking of either CHO or Maddison, the only downside is that means either three che pleaser or three Lei.. Not a fan of putting so many eggs into one basket.

On a different note.. from my team you can see that I am going city-less for the next GW, unpopular thing to do around here but I am tired of the pep roulette. Only player I want is KDB.

Haha mate, see my response above 🙂 We must have been typing at the same time.

Going forward, I also am likely to stick with only KDB. Have Ota as well at the moment, but not overly keen on him. Will keep him for the next 3 fixtures since I am naively hoping that City may keep a clean sheet, or Ota maybe scores again.

How are you planning to bring KDB back in? Mane or Salah out?

            1. andres
              • 12 Years
              4 years, 5 months ago

that is the easiest, I was initially thinking for upgrading mount with the cash I have and potentially a little squeeze elsewhere.
Mount stats where declining and also CHO emerged. However, last GW he scored and looked really good.

I like having mane and salah for united and spurs. This are two really good fixtures actually.
Liverpool will sack both OGS and Poch.

I did the same move. Currently planning to keep. We don't know how Pep will treat KDB given the injury history of late.

Let us look at a bog standard back line with Soy and Tomori in that seems to be flavor of the week:

TAA Otamendi Lund Tomori and Soy.

Please tell me which 3 you would play over the next 6 GW's?
TAA: man TOT avl MCI cpl BRI
Ota: cpl AVl SOU liv CHE NEW

Sent in error: I wanted to finish the fixtures but what I am trying to say is both Tomori and Soyuncu could be downgraded and save 1.4 mil without any impact on your team. WHY GET THEM?

Partially agree with you. With that line up at the back, I wouldn't have both Tomori and Soy. I would have only 1 of those. In my case, I have gone with TAA, Ota, Soy, Lund, Rico. That was on a WC 2 gameweeks ago.

Reason being, you are saying to play back 3 of TAA, Ota, and Lund for the next 6 weeks if I understand you correctly? It's not ideal (but then again, clean sheets don't seem to be a thing so far this season). I guess people who are wildcarding to this template are looking at more than 6 weeks ahead and would like the rotation option in the future.

But yeah, no point in having both Soy and Tomori.

        1. Eze Really?

I think you realise one thing; looking more than 6 weeks forward is a pointless exercise. We have had 8 weeks now and most have less than 50% of their initial squad. Rico is sensible and maybe have 1 but Rico can cover too. His fixtures are just as good. Lund is a mid and bench points waiting to happen. So, as I said, the 1.4 mil spent, or even .7 is too much IMO.

Agree with you here. 6 weeks is enough time to use an FT or 2 to do some minor surgery to your defence so you don't necessarily have to pick a defence line to serve you the rest of the season.

In the above example, I would be looking to downgrade Ota to be honest. I think TAA, Soy, Tomori and some cheapies (like Rico and Kelly) could do the job as well and still save some money. I have slight regrets over bringing Ota on a WC but there is not much point in me wasting an FT on him at the moment just yet.

You do have a point in general - use you money up front peeps and not on defence. That I agree with completely.

I would miss them and i love to watch national teams in action.

Getting capped for your country is also very important for a players development and is good for them in the long run.

It is also nice to watch games and see players that are in fpl and not having to worry about not owning them.

Also these IB's give us a chance to shake off some "casuals" as they may neglect to tend to their teams and/or make early transfers and get caught out injury's.

B is best if you don't mind using a Chelsea slot
C if you bought him at 4.5 and still have him in your team
A I think is just chasing last week's points

In which case I would stick with Cantwell. He is not that bad and he is your 5th mid who stays on the bench most gameweeks. I wouldn't waste an FT to get rid of him. Just bank the transfer if you have no other fire to put out.

    On wildcard....

    A) Ota, soy, Auba

    B) Kelly, soy, aguero

    C) Kelly, pereira, auba

    D) kelly, soy, auba 1.4itb

Got taa, rico, lund, sterling, kdb

Currently on b, don’t think ota worth the extra cash when got rico, lund and soy already (playing back 3)

Depends, did you bring Mahrez last week for KDB or did you have him before? If you got only 1 gameweek out of him I would keep for at least 1 more. Otherwise it just feels like a wasted transfer.

In general though, I think it is a move worth doing.

i dont understand people getting rid of Mahrez already, just get your 2 city attackers regadless of who it is and leave them in and reap the rewards...yes mharez will get rotated etc and have bad games but generally over the next 5-6 weeks he'll get some good scores imo. similar to sterling

      It shouldn't be so easy.
It depends when would you play them, who would you play if you bench them. Would it mean that you'll take a hit in near future because you used your freebie on this move.
No offence, but only recreational players use questions like A or B without any context.

The benchboost chip is so useless this season. Who the hell are the people in control of this game?! even the price changes have been manipulated badly this season

The bench boost is useless why?

There are so many cheap nailed on players across the game, having a playing bench is quite feasible.

        1. Party time
            4 years, 5 months ago

The point is you can't get a good bench without sacrificing part of the starting xi even if you wait until the 2nd half of the season for an extremely better TV & SV. The price changes are being manipulated as well. Really can't explain this any further. It is becoming a sht game & those rubbish fpl assists don't help the matter

I don't understand the logic of this comment. Having points on the bench doesn't mean that you've overspent on bench players necessarily. In my case Connelly, Lundstram and Rico.
