Euro 2020 qualifying match data available in Members Area

Fantasy Football Scout Members can now access the latest data from Euro 2020 qualifying.

The competition’s next round of action got underway on Thursday and the information from those games is now in the Members Area.

Earlier this season secured access to the qualifying data for the 2020 European Championship from Opta, which is still available to view.

CLICK HERE to access Euro qualifying data.

This will hopefully be of use to Fantasy managers in the long term when the Fantasy game for Euro 2020 is launched next May/June, allowing our Members to look at which players have been the most threatening or creative in qualifying.

Some of you may find the data useful right now, of course, as you keep tabs on your Fantasy assets during the international break.

Match data can be viewed on a game-by-game basis by clicking here, while player statistics and team stats are also in their usual format.

Be sure to select the ‘European Championship Qualifiers’ option from the drop-down menu, as shown below.

Starting from today, we will bring you Fantasy-orientated match reports from each of the latest matches, including Euro 2020 qualifiers and friendlies.

Data from Thursday’s qualifiers – including the Netherlands’ clash with Northern Ireland and Russia’s meeting with Scotland – can be found in the Members Area.

Matches taking place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including England’s trip to the Czech Republic, will drop into the Members Area as the full-time whistles blow.

It’s not just European Championship qualifying data that is available, though – we also have stats from selected international friendlies on hand in our Members’ Area.

You can see how the likes of Sadio Mané (£11.7m) and Roberto Firmino (£9.6m) are faring by selecting ‘International Friendlies’ from that aforementioned drop-down menu and then accessing team, player and match data from the games played this week.

Had to take a risk and make the transfers before one price change for the players involved and I would have been priced out. What do you think about the moves? Was it a risk worth taking?

    Pukki + Aurier > Tammy + Rico (-4)

I took a risk and did Son Greenwood —-> Guendouzi Vardy.. Not really bothered by the hit but needed to lose spurs, some would say I’m daft but it was an anger moment that I actually don’t regret..

Nice bro, like the moves...Son probably won't play and Guendo is a bargain, his influence is increasing and I can see him adding goals to his game soon.

With Norwich having such terrible away form would you be tempted to play Rico over Otamendi? Bournemouth can’t seem to buy a clean sheet either though.

I am playing Rico over Ota this week. I think Norwich have got one away goal on the road this season and there is a chance Cantwell might be out too or playing injured, further blunting their attack. Rico is taking set pieces sometimes so always a chance of an assist.

City are terrible defensively at the moment so I can't see a clean sheet this gw, or at least I think the chances of Bournemouth keeping one are higher. And although Ota comes up for corners Rico still has a higher chance of an assist as he's actually taking them.

Their fixtures are fantastic. Playing struggling teams for the next 2 and a leaky Mancity Def in GW12. Great from an attacking point of view, and could get CS as well.

    [Twitter] @fpl_statistics:

    Wow!!!

Maddison first big error of the season. (Prediction 57.4%). Can see the reasons. He should have been set at 86.8% Adding in the missing % increment was delayed due to his injury (Oops!!!!!) The rest of the error is due to flow reversals as he was previously close to -100%.

86.8% is still a bit out. Nobody can ever predict price changes because FPL use a secret formula.

Nice to see the human touch 😆

It just goes to show also we can't necessarily base our moves on being priced out based on these data sources as they are in constant flux and sometimes just plain wrong!

I was not in the least bit surprised that he went up.

He is in every second RMT and wildcard team that i am seeing along with his favorable fixtures.

Forget about FPL Statistics for a minute and look at the fpl site and you will find that Maddison is the 3rd most transferred in mid and the 4th most transferred in player this week.

I would be a lot more surprised if he did not go up in price tbf.

Morning all - a RP of a post I made last night at a quiet time - hoping I can get a few opinions from you

With my current team on a -8, still debating whether to play the WC or save it a few weeks more for when more drastic changes needed.

    A) Current team:

    -8 0itb
    HEATON
    VVD, Soy, Rico
    Mané, KDB, Mount, STERLING
    VARDY, Abraham, Wilson
    (BUTTON) (Lunds, CANTWELL, KELLY)

    B) Potential WC team:

    0.7itb
    POPE
    TAA, Soy, TOMORI
    Mané, KDB, Mount, MADDISON
    KUN, Abraham, Wilson
    (MCGOVERN) (Rico, Lunds, DENDO)

So far the consensus has been no need to ‘waste’ the WC now but looking at what I could have with Kun in the mix, I’m not sure!!

    1. Murder On Zidanesfloor

          Cheers

It's very tempting but I think I'd also be annoyed with myself as I usually play WC to make wholesale changes to a team in need of repair - whereas in its current form my team is decent (imo) but could be minorly improved.

Very tough - which is why I keep annoying people with the same question 😆

Your team looks good without the WC, but with the -8.
It looks amazing with the WC.
So, personally perferance in the end, Noone can advise you here

You’re right. But as with most of the posts on here people look for confirmation of their own choices that ultimately have to be theirs!

I may just play it with the knowledge I have now rather than wait for a turning point that may never come

                • 5 Years

Yours is a bit more advice seeking than confirmation because you are asking whether you should play a potentially season-defining WC or not. I say just make your own decision in the end in this case IMO.

One of those was a 5-0 win over Newcastle. The fact that he grabbed just an assist there, same as Praet and Jonny Evans, Doesn't convince me at all. That too after playing 83 mins in attack, no surprise he was benched the next game

I'm on a -8 so may well play my WC to make the final changes to make my team as good as it can be for now (see my post above)

Anyone got a good fpl story about being ahead of the curve? For example getting a player just before he starts firing big or getting rid of someone on fire just before he starts dropping? Seems like usually when you try to get smart, it fails miserably....

Best thing I did was bring Aguero in for a hit and captained for his first big haul and shot up the rankings from that. Was a pretty easy punt to punt on Aguero though. Majority of other things I do has left me stagnant

    (Lundy) - Digne - (Kelly) - Soy - Ota

    Raz - Kdb - Salah - Mount - (Saka)

    Wilson - Tammy - Pukki

    0.1 ITB

Downgrade Digne to upgrade Pukki to Vardy or use it elsewhere in a few weeks. Not keen on WC, not desparate rankwise.

What's the opinion of Matip as a second Liverpool defender?

Easy straight swap from Ota after his two nice home fixtures. I've got TAA. I have an -exact money- squad that I'm really satisfied with and don't to rip it up trying to find the extra money to upgrade him to VVD or Robbo. If Liverpool tighten up with Alisson back I don't think there's many better options around that price point.

Question - why is there no love for gazzinga in goal? He is cheaper than most (so an enabler), spurs have Watford next and barring immediate two games after that have nice run and Loris is out so he will get game time. Yes spurs form has been poor but it has to improve and you would think they will keep cleanie against Watford? I have him in my WC but thinking what am I missing?! His ownership is less than 1pc etc. Thanks

It's one of those surely they have to improve as can't get any worse and upturn /improvement in form from a probability route is logical and most likely. I night try him for little while see how it goes. A lot will be taken from how they do v Watford.

        1. GreennRed
          • 12 Years

Worth a WC punt. As you say Spurs have to improve, not like Vertonghen and Alderweireld are poor defenders in front of him. But as you're on WC get a 2nd playing keeper.

            • 6 Years

Yeah at moment to afford my front 7 I've gone with gazzinga and McGovern which on face of it is risky but lack of clean sheets generally I felt with risk to get this

            Gazzinga McGovern
            Soy tomori Rico Lund Kelly
            Sterling kdb mane madison
            Auba Tammy Wilson

Hence it's a risk trade off to get strong front 7 plus two decent defenders in soy and Tom

He's not worried. It's out of his control and he has tunnel bision when it comes to his game. If every man or woman fretted about their partner and kids issues and let it affect their work the world would grind to a halt.
