Salah and Alexander-Arnold fit to start as Lacazette and Martial return

The final three matches of Gameweek 10 kick off at the same time, with the games at Anfield, Carrow Road and the Emirates all set for a 16:30 GMT start.

Liverpool take on Tottenham Hotspur, Norwich City entertain Manchester United and Arsenal host Crystal Palace on a busy Sunday afternoon of Premier League football.

Despite rumours to the contrary and images suggesting he didn’t train on Friday, Mohamed Salah (£12.4m) is fit to start for Liverpool against Spurs.

There is also positive news from a defensive perspective, with Andrew Robertson (£6.9m) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.2m) also in the Reds’ starting XI having been minor doubts towards the back-end of last week.

Robertson had indeed been given the all-clear by Jurgen Klopp on Friday, while Alexander-Arnold has shaken off the virus that caused his non-involvement against Genk in midweek.

Joel Matip (£5.5m) misses out, however, so Dejan Lovren (£5.3m) again accompanies Virgil van Dijk (£6.5m) at centre-half.

Salah is, as usual, joined by Sadio Mane (£11.8m) and Roberto Firmino (£9.6m) in Liverpool’s front three.

Mauricio Pochettino has made four changes from the Spurs team that beat Red Star Belgrade on Tuesday, with Jan Vertonghen (£5.3m), Tanguy Ndombele (£6.0m), Ben Davies (£5.4m) and Erik Lamela (£5.9m) all dropping out.

Lamela is not in the visitors’ matchday squad, having suffered a thigh injury.

Danny Rose (£5.4m), Toby Alderweireld (£5.5m), Christian Eriksen (£8.7m) and Harry Winks (£5.3m) return to the starting XI.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made only one alteration from the team that drew 1-1 with Liverpool last Sunday and it is a significant one: Anthony Martial (£7.5m) replacing Marcos Rojo (£4.8m).

That presumably means a change of system and the ditching of the 3-4-2-1 in favour of a back four.

Daniel Farke has kept things straightforward, naming the same Norwich team that recorded a rare clean sheet against Bournemouth.

Teemu Pukki (£6.9m), without a goal since Gameweek 5, again leads the line for the Canaries, while Todd Cantwell (£4.8m) maintains his own ever-present record.

Alexandre Lacazette (£9.4m) makes his first Arsenal league start since Gameweek 4, replacing Bukayo Saka (£4.5m) in attack.

That likely means a return to a wide-left position for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£11.1m).

Dani Ceballos (£5.4m) is in for Joe Willock (£5.0m) in ‘the hole’, while Kieran Tierney (£5.4m) makes his Premier League debut at left-back.

Roy Hodgson makes just one change to the Crystal Palace side defeated 2-0 by Manchester City, with Andros Townsend (£5.7m) starting ahead of Jeffrey Schlupp (£5.5m).

Budget FPL defender Martin Kelly (£4.1m) is only among the substitutes.

Arsenal XI: Leno; Chambers, Sokratis, Luiz, Tierney; Guendouzi, Xhaka; Pépé, Ceballos, Aubameyang; Lacazette.

Crystal Palace XI: Hennessey; Ward, Tomkins, Cahill, Van Aanholt; Townsend, Kouyaté, Milivojević, McArthur; Ayew, Zaha.

Liverpool XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson; Fabinho, Henderson, Wijnaldum; Salah, Mane, Firmino.

Tottenham Hotspur XI: Gazzaniga; Aurier, Alderweireld, Sánchez, Rose; Winks, Sissoko; Son, Eriksen, Dele; Kane.

Norwich City XI: Krul; Aarons, Amadou, Godfrey, Lewis; Tettey; Buendia, Leitner, McLean, Cantwell; Pukki.

Manchester United XI: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Lindelof, Young; McTominay, Fred; Pereira, James, Rashford; Martial.

Kun owners - what is the plan?

If he plays 70 to 90 midweek do you keep for saints next weekend, or sell (to vardy in my case)

I'd love to give him the armband next weekend ideally! Thanks

The last Tuesday he played, he played 89 minutes, then 90 vs Wolves.

      Mightn’t be that straight forward.

    Klopp:

Virgil - dead leg, will be fine.

Salah - same ankle injury, nothing serious.

Night off for both on Wednesday, hopefully fresh for Villa!

It was a Dilva goal, KDB assist. Mendy passed it to KDB.

Shouldn't have stood, as it was offside.

I know Arsenal are complete rubbish with this clown in charge but that VAR decision to deny us a goal is the worst of the lot. I like VAR, but if you have these corrupt pigs making the decisions, it will never work. VAR works in europe, worked at the world cup. But in England they still get so many wrong calls EVERY week.

Its been a farce from round 1!! This week they have decided to start overturning on-field decisions which has just confused the issue even more. Instead of implementing it the way it is being used elsewhere, they decided that they were smarter and as a result have botched it completely. Almost every game there seems to be controversy

From an intervju on Norwegian TV2 with Klopp after the game. Quick update on Salahs injury:

«It’s not a really a injury it’s just an old injury what he carries a little bit around. It’s all good with him. He can train and all that stuff. But it’s a very intens game… In the last two games now it started to hurt… in part from that it’s just pain. Nothing else. But it make sense we have to defend. And if one player can't help. We made a decision, but it’s not serious»

Was at 450k last gw, which was already far from my objective, and my rank more than tripled in 2 gw, down to 1.5m. Hopefully the recovery will start soon. I really could use some help here guys. Which structure looks better to you, starting from GW12/13?

        TAA, Soyuncu, Lundstram, Rico, XXX
        Mané, KDB, Mount, McGinn, XXX

        A. Robbo, 7-7.5m mid (Dilva or Martial), 7-7.5m forward (Jimenez or cheaper)
        B. 4.5m def, Salah/Sterling, 4.5-5m forward (Ayew or Connolly the top 2 candidates)

No, played my wc in gw7, lost 700k places since then.
But I need to start preparing now for gw12/13 and my next transfers will decide which type of Liverpool triple I can go for, so that's an important question that I need to solve.

        the question now is 3 5 2 or 3 4 3

Also what happens when City fixtures turn? All Liverpool with that cash to Mane Salah or what?

        I am thinking something like:

        Salah Mane KDB CHO Mount
Tammy Vardy + TAA at the back.

Is my planned strategy a good one?

I hope so mate. He is stupid for pushing Auba on the wings time and again. He is probably one of best forwards in PL with Kun and Kane. Plus that Arsenal defence.... gosh!!!!

What to do with this lot?

          Pope
          TAA / Lundatrom / Maguire
          Kdb / Raheem / Mount / Yarmalenko
          Wilson / Tammy / Vardy

Subs: Cantwell / Soyunco / Aurier

          Which move to do?
          A) Wilson > Connolly (Use remaining cash to do bring in Mane after city match)
          B) Wilson > Rashford
          C) Cantwell > Martial
          D) Cantwell > Pulisic

          Thanks in advance

Why is City favourite on Anfield vs Liverpool according to bet365? They dont have any chance at Anfield.

            They do though.

Only a Mahrez pen away from a deserved win last season.

Shouldn't be favourites but if anyone is going to win at Anfield, it's them.

I'd be getting on Liverpool at 2.90. Also would be getting on Liverpool to win with both teams scoring. Do you have the odds on this market?

TAA & Robbo double up good to go? Got Villa away next, Man City the week after but remember we arent relying on CS anyway so does it matter?

was the original plan but means playing rico vs Man U, I dont see a cs there and TAA and Robbo could get mega hauls next week if they play like they did today. City is the downside, but you never know could be a thrilelr that like 4-3 or something and the assist potential if so.
Being sensible or smart this season just does not work, I almost feel like you should go with the opposite of that and even if bad fixtures or unappealing fixture then you should go for it.

Double up is chomping at the bit to bring home serious points for owners

TAA is going to score 30 points in a game soon - he’s simultaneously crossing, shooting, assisting, taking corners, DFK’s...

Robbo was busy today also - if only Lovren had been a bit braver & stuck his nose in front of son’s shot instead of turning his head they’d po badly have had a CS into the bargain

Just hope they both stay fit

That double up is the way im sure of it, their value alone and the chances. As you said TAA today coulda had 20+
The best thing about them is just set n forget, you cant really say that about many attackers.

Gary Neville is a great analyst but a terrible commentator and pundit.

Have Pukki, Auba and Otamendi and one FT. Who to sell first? Dont have any Lpool players and thinking to buy TAA
