Manchester City players are starting to wane in terms of popularity but with a trip to Arsenal on Sunday, there’s every chance they punish their sellers.

With very few of Pep Guardiola’s assets offering appeal right now, we sift through some of the strategies around them.

Joe is joined by David and Karam for the latest episode to talk about Manchester City.

      He has always missed sitters. Problem has been lately that he have only got couple of chances per game compared to 17 chances per game in prime periods. At some points of his best form he has even been a quite good finisher.

      Same for me, gonna wait, not even sure I'd wanna start Grealish this week plus if he gets booked and is suspended for GW18 then it's a horrible move as I'd really need him then. Also, if Pulisic starts vs Bournemouth there's a chance of a big haul, need to see what happens in Chelsea's CL game, I think he starts at weekend if he plays well tonight.

      Is Grealish really that good? I was planing to transfer him in but when i looked at his stats from the other seasons the last one was his best. 31 games, 6 goals and 6 assist don't impress me.
      McGinn did 5 goals and 10 assist last season in 40 games.

        There was a tactical change ~10GWs ago and Grealish plays higher on the pitch now.

        What you want from a MID/FW from a lesser team is involvement. With those players you target a fixtures window of 4-7GWs, so you don't want an erratic asset, you want consistency. An he is pretty much the central point in everything Villa is doing offensively. He won't get double digit hauls, but it's very likely that he will be involved when they score.

      Effective Ownership. A players ownership % + captaincy. If a players is owned by 100% of players and captained by half of those his EO would be 150%.
