Manchester City players are starting to wane in terms of popularity but with a trip to Arsenal on Sunday, there’s every chance they punish their sellers.

With very few of Pep Guardiola’s assets offering appeal right now, we sift through some of the strategies around them.

Joe is joined by David and Karam for the latest episode to talk about Manchester City.

Also on the agenda is what to do about Harry Kane (£10.9m), who flattered to deceive in the early games of Jose Mourinho’s Spurs reign, but exploded against Burnley.

          True, but it’s just biding time and hoping the players around the captain perform which others may not have in ML’s, and then when things shake up can go for the kill, plus chips to play yet later down the line. A move worthy of consideration is dropping TAA, but to who and where to use the cash is an entirely different quandary.

    I'm switching TAA to VVD or Lovren. I've noticed more lately, Liverpool are hitting long balls up from their centre backs. Creating chances for attacks. Think the above two can rack up assists.

      more like to get hockey assists than FPL returns. they'll find a target but Mane Salah Bobby can easily pass it off. Wouldn't touch Lovren and VVD too expensive not getting the same returns as last year

      I'd probably not bother with any liverpool defender on a wildcard tbh. Downgrade mount or grealish or you are going to have a benching headache each week, the you can probably upgrade the other? Ali, pulisic? Up to you though ain't it.

      If you have Zaha (as I have) then i think it's best to keep him for 17 + 18 as they're decent fixtures, it's getting closer to the transfer window opening so I imagine he'll start to pull his finger out

    If you where desperate to climb in rank, what would sway you to not captain Vardy and pick a differential?
    A difficult fixture for Leicester, e.g. gw 18 & 19 which makes the captainchoise less of a differential?
    Having a 3 man leicester coverage and choosing a player with a almost as juicy fixture as Vardy?
