Scoutcast crew discuss resurgent Man United and Leicester’s fixture-turn

There are a handful of issues for the Scoutcast crew to get through tonight.

You can join us on our YouTube channel from 20:00 GMT to 21:00 GMT but you can watch the latest episode back any time after that.

Joe will be joined by Az and Karam to discuss Manchester United’s new-look side, built around the in-form creative midfielder, and penalty-taking, Bruno Fernandes (£8.2m).

Meanwhile, a turn in the fixtures could mean a return to the headlines for Leicester options including Jamie Vardy (£9.7m), James Maddison (£7.4m) and Harvey Barnes (£6.0m).

After that, the tough decisions to make about life past Blank Gameweek 28 will be our talking point of the week.

Not the most healthy looking team for this GW. What do you think?

    McCarthy
    TAA Soy Aurier Williams
    Salah Mane (c) Dendoncker
    Vardy Jimenez Ings

    Hendo KDB Grealish Lund
    0.2 ITB

    A) Ride it out
    B) Lund to Lascelles/Saiss etc for a -4

    Any help appreciated, thanks.

Only if you have no other transfers planned for the next couple of weeks. Selling then buying back means you can't do much to prepare for GW31.

Just depends on your team. If no other needs and no money issues, you can transfer out Auba and then transfer him back in next week.

I admire you for being willing to consider playing less than 11. I'm considering it too.

I'm waiting on DGW news. If there's no DGW29, then maybe selling Auba makes sense. If you don't have a lot of money tied up, it's reversible.

    Ok all,

I'm very out of the loop.. In my situation, I currently have 10 players for 28 (including kelly)

Not playing i have Saka, O'Connell, KDB & Grealish. I assume most will make 1-2 transfers in this spot to field 11?

FH/BB are being saved for a DGW later in the season I assume?

Thanks to anyone who helps me out 🙂

Hot take: Ederson is the most essential GK for the end of the season.
Good fixtures, Laporte back will boost their CS potential, they will have the DGWs (and maybe even a triple), and he's arguably one of their only nailed players.

Laporte will probably see rotation, especially if they beat Real Madrid, which makes Ederson both the most viable defensive option and also more likely to concede. Hopefully he's on pens though!
