Better than wasting a transfer on him when others are certainly not playing e.g. Grealish

Read a few local press reports which suggest Bruce is going to switch system, and that Hayden and Ritchie might be back in the eleven. Prob only 2, 3 points anyway but that could be useful this week!

I did Lund / Rico to C. Taylor / Saiss this week.

If I had extra .3 would have done Boly over Saiss.

Loads in bank Leicester's Periera looks good as a defensive replacement this week.

Well idk about fantastic but in general I meant most squads that have 11 starters will have a filler player.

Every time I watched Brighton this season it's like their def. mid is on strike combined with Ryan playing pretty average. Their last five opps were some of the worst attacking sides and still no cs.

I wouldn’t worry too much if I were you.

Look at ownership and teams playing.

Your only real threats to OR are Vardy, VVD, Jimenez and Mane hauls.

If you like coverage VVD is generally covered by your Robbo, Mane by Salah, Jimenez by Traore and Dendonker.

Makes your biggest threat a big haul by an out of form Vardy, and according to a large chunk of ideas below the line here, Harvey Barnes.

There’s no doubting Fernandes is a great player. But a great fantasy asset? Yes he’s on pens but I fear he may assist the assist more than being directly involved in the goals and amongst the points. Any impartial thoughts?

Trying to be as impartial as possible, his record for goals and assists in portugal suggests he's going to be productive (I know its a weaker league but his stats were crazy). Corners and free kicks also suggest plenty of oppourtunity for points

      • 5 Years

United playmaker on pens, corners, free kicks. 8.2.

If I had the funds this week he'd be right in my team.

It’s either bring him in and risk losing a gw31 player (don’t wanna free hit) or bring in any Wolves defender.

        You reckon go for Bruno?

    3. Wild Rover

No assists or goals from the 4 other than his pen against a poor Brugge side tonight though. Think I’d rather bring in Doherty or Saiss and bank another gw31 player. Overthinking?

the other question is how much do you trust everton, city (laporte injured) and spurs defences right now given that's their next 3 opponents?

But will Greenwood and Ighalo score from his assist? Is his set piece threat alone enough? If they need to counter attack, is he fast enough? And if there is going to be dgw, is Saka + Auba better option than him and Ings?

fair questions but sometimes its best not to overthink. dgw or not Auba is still the only Arsenal player worth owning
At this stage i'm not jumping back to Richarlison so Fernandes makes a lot of sense for people who already own Martial

I know this seems far fetched, but I think Nuno started Traore for two reasons:
Firstly, just to give Traore some game time after his injury, see how he gets on
Secondly, I think he’s aware of Mourinho’s tactic of adapting to the opposition line up. Now Mourinho will surely think Jota will play, Wolves will do a 3-5-2 formation. Then bam they play 3-4-3 with Traore.

Being predictable has been one of Wolves’ very few flaws this season, and I think Nuno is doing something clever here

Then bam Traore starts. Like it.

And you think Jose cant figure this out ? 🙂

Just think Mourinho will prepare to play against a 5 man midfield, and Nuno will line up in a completely different way.

Confuses me why people are going from rotation risk to rotation risk on the form of a Traore to Barnes transfer

Barnes isn't a rotation risk imo

He might be, depending on form and formation
