Who had the best FPL underlying statistics in February?

As another Gameweek draws to a close, we’ve crunched over the month of February to pinpoint the best performers moving forward.

It’s important to take stock as we move into a new month and a potential time to Wildcard, while also noting players that shouldn’t be overlooked purely because they have a blank in Gameweek 31.

Each metric takes into account the last four Gameweek’s so bear in mind that Arsenal, Aston Villa, Manchester City and Sheffield United have played just three fixtures in this period.

All statistics are available in the Members Area and as this article uses them so extensively, only those signed up for Fantasy Football Scout Membership can access it in full.

              If there’s a dgw 29, I think I’ll wc to prepare myself for bwg29 and then FH in 34

          Teams will be pretty similar either way
          Means the casuals who have already used FH can get away with a solid team as everyone has 3 Liverpool
          TAA + Salah + Mane/Robbo plus a few of Jimenez, Jota, Sarr, Pope will be enough, no need to stress about having 11

      No. Means people won’t be forced to FH in 31 so most will WC then FH and BB in the two DGW and teams will be more generic.

        You could argue casuals won't plan and will still have to use their FH come 31, while this gives people who are planning to save it for later a lifeline. Again not implying anyone who uses FH in 31 is a casual just present an opposing argument to your's.

      For those of us with no WC:

      Surely the best idea is to FH in 31 none the less? Then spend all of our FT getting in DGW players? No point in getting in BGW players only to try and recoup DGW players for the last DGW and FH for the first DGW? Or? Completely lost rn.

        Depends how many players you have for 31 right now. I think if you already have 6+, it's really not worth free-hitting. FH looks great for 34. Plus, a few players like Sarr and possibly Everton players look good to get in either way.

            I guess we can prep for 37 from 31 onwards. Will have to look at DGW fixtures when they are confirmed to make a decision on the best strategy but still feel that FH in 31 would be a waste, there just isn't that upside. Especially if you already have 7+ players.

      Klopp clearly doesnt care about the fa cup, 2nd choice keeper, gini and trent not even on the bench. Not bringing salah and bobby on until it was too late. As a liverpool fan hard to take when I want to see them going for all trophies available. As an fpl player in a cash league I guess it's good for me with triple pool in the team

      The Liv defeat scuppers the FH in 31 as a team can now be assembled.

      So can be used in 34/37

      Depends though if you have many from others. For example I will probably have 7 assume all play so I now need to take a couple of hits to get all 11 to play.

      But then I miss out on players I really want for 29/30.

      So my gut still says play the FH
