Brooks returns as Bournemouth host Palace in late kick-off

Saturday evening’s late game is all about differentials as Bournemouth host Crystal Palace.

It marks a first Premier League start of the season for David Brooks (£6.2m) who has missed all of the campaign thus far following a long-term injury in the summer of 2019.

Owned by 0.1% of Fantasy managers worldwide, there is already intrigue in whether or not the Welsh international can be a hidden gem once again after he produced a 123-point season in 2019/20.

The rest of the Bournemouth team is similarly devoid of Fantasy investment, Diego Rico (£4.2m) the joint-most popular asset on 8.1% ownership, although the left-back finds himself on the bench.

Jack Simpson (£3.9m) is in the same proportion of squads but is absent from the matchday squad entirely.

Outside of that, 3.7% will be hoping Aaron Ramsdale (£4.5m) can keep a clean sheet and 4.6% are still sitting on Callum Wilson (£7.4m).

Meanwhile, the absence of the 19%-owned Martin Kelly (£4.1m) reduces the interest in Crystal Palace assets considerably.

However, there will be keen eyes on Jordan Ayew (£5.2m) and Wilfried Zaha (£6.7m), sat in 8.8% and 9% of squads respectively.

Bournemouth XI (4-4-2): Ramsdale; A Smith, Aké, S Cook, Stacey; Brooks, Lerma, L Cook, H Wilson; J King, C Wilson.

Crystal Palace XI (4-4-2): Guaita; van Aanholt, Cahill, Dann, J Ward; Zaha, Milivojevic, Kouyaté, McArthur; Benteke, Ayew.

They're mixed, nothing too bad for a striker. He's head and shoulders above anyone else in that price bracket though, will be mostly first sub.

I'm convinced Lindelof still wakes up in a cold sweat about him after the way Ayew bullied him at Old Trafford earlier in the season

    Bottomed then bottomed

Got BB left. Played FH this week and next game week my team will revert to:

    Pope, Henderson

    TAA, Taylor, Doherty, O;Connell, Alonso

    Bruno, William, Salah, Grealish, Hayden

    Auba, Rashford, Jota

Other than O'Connell being injured, Taylor an enabler, Hayden sucking and enabler and Grealish having tougher fixtures, like it? haha

One free transfer - Save til I get two or O'Connell out for Lascelles?

Harsh to call it a horror show. Palace wanted to play 'good' football. But turned out they don't have the players to do it. Really they are Stoke 2.0 and Stoke were Bolton 2.0. Allardyce's Bolton set the standard for how teams with small budgets and low pulling power can do well in the PL.

Is it worth having and playing Traore as a 3rd Wolves player ?
With 5 subs per game he can have impact on most even as a sub or is just wishful thinking ?

Not sure. I expect James and Alonso to rotate with Azpi switching flanks depending on who plays.

Used all chips other than BB. 3.2 m in bank. Plans a bit scuppered with Leno injury as planned to BB week 31+ as fixtures suited - was going to use free transfer on Lundstram to Holgate. Would you use free transfer on Leno to Martínez and BB or not?

    Pope (WAT)
TAA (CRY) Maguire (SHU) Doherty (BOU)
Salah (CRY) KDB (Che) Bruno (SHU) Barnes (BHA)
Jiménez (BOU) Jota (BOU) DCL (nor)

Leno* (sou) Fernández (AVL) Lundstram (mun) Cantwell* (EVE)

Tricky. Next few weeks are all decent for BB. Only think w arsenal keeper is he doesn’t rotate that well w pope thereafter, but he is cheap and has nor the next week

Not seeing much love for Man City players besides KDB
Is any defender safe from rotation? Mendy looks fair value.

I’m planning on bringing in ederson post liv match. Nice fixtures to the end of the season. Maybe laportte. Hoping to get to gw34 before WC

Ederson certainly. Laporte looks the most nailed on but was then subbed after 60 mins in last outing and is more pricey than Mendy. Laporte had a solid performance I thought

I don't see why everyone is completely ignoring Walker. He's essentially nailed with possibly some assist potential. Decent price too.

I would go Mendy over all other defensive city options. He's regaining his crossing ability after the ACL surgery (it was really bad in his first month back, looks a lot better now). And we all know what an attacking beast he can be.

I was happy with Walker for the double but I won't be having any of them moving forward. Much better options imo.

So let me get into this. He's had surgery, he'd done all the rehab, the medical professionals were happy, then he did all the training and gradually got back up to speed.

But strangely, the one thing he could not do after all that, and the coaches hadn't noticed either, was cross the ball?

            Eh?
