I think a lot of people, myself included, will ask questions seeking a little bit of confirmation bias. Typically asking an A or B question and when B comes out on top giving reasons why A is a better option.

Definitely. I think most players just need to be a bit more single-minded & play the game on their own terms rather than seeking consensus or validation.

I see no issue in posting. I don't post on here that often, but whenever I do ask a question or post a team most responses I get generally tend to be useful or constructive in some way. If I disagree with the responses I get back I can ignore them.

I've seen people drop 9 RMT's here in the past 24 hours + additional endless A or B questions about those teams.

What do you guys think of starting forwards heavy with a WC after GW2 to reshuffle defence and get wolves players for their fixture after City? I'm thinking something like:

I don't see the point of planning to "pivot" with an early WC. Why not just build a team you think looks sensible and then use a WC when you need it?

He could do - West Ham aren't bad on the counter. I doubt his "ceiling" is very high though, for want of a better word.

Largely fine. I know Vinagre looks good value but you can't have him twice!
Think I would upgrade Soy to VVD or TAA as they are great value and be good to cover liverpool def. Also 3 key Lei defenders out so don't like them.
Don't mind the Henderson punt think he could provide good value.
Make sure you're happy with captaincy options going forward as Auba probably not for every game.

Stick to your guns if you like him, he could start very well with that Newcastle fixture out the gate.

I think if you're set on having Bruno F from the start (and looking to captain him somewhere...which you should be at 10.5), this is about as good as you can get.

I think it’s going to be really hard to “plan” transfers at the beginning (even if only for the first few GWs) as player prices are going to be crazy. Suspect you will need more than .5 ITB to deal with it

Both honestly. I really want both and just to hold onto them.

Bruno's scoring history is very impressive. He got 20 league goals in his last full season at Sporting and then 16 last season including 8 in the PL. He's scoring more than 0.5 goals per game which is an elite rate. I think he can mostly continue that at United with penalties in his locker too.

I can see myself dipping in and out of Sterling for KdB for hot fixtures. Sterling is going under the radar but he was the hottest premium at the end of the season.

Kdb is way above Bruno for me. That said fpl mind will kick back in and I'm sure the gap is closer. I'd still go A but essentially one of him and Sterling.

Too many question marks over his minutes, especially if Havertz comes in.

Regardless, Ziyech/Pulisic/Werner potentially all offer better value anyway even at higher prices. Ziyech likely to get set pieces as well.

He'll be rotated, should Chelsea buy Havertz, there will be Kante, Mount, Havertz, Kovacic, Jorginho, RLC, Barkley all fighting for 3 midfield spots

He should start first few GWs as Lampard won't want to start up front with three players (Werner, Havertz and Ziyech potentially) who are new to the league.

Over the course of the season he might not score too much more than VVD so you could potentially go that way and cover off the clean sheets but gonna be hard watching on when he gets a 24 point haul and VVD comes home in the came game with 6.

I actually quite like Liverpool's opening fixtures. Very nice for attacking (not as much for defending hence no double in defense). He's TAA. He'll score a ton of points this season...

I think with your set up, Soucek down to a 4.5m guy to allow one of your 4.0 def up to a nailed 4.5m to give you rotation optons, especially with Dallas in mind. Soucek fixtures are bad so you dont lose a lot

GW2 WC is by far the worst option. I'd rather take a -8.

Benching 1 or 2 players is fine for a single GW - you can set your team up such that you can have a bench option you can play instead.

I am 'gimping' as you call it, rather than blowing early hits, chips and wildcard. I believe in the long term I'll have the advantage of those who blow their loads prematurely.

Martinez won't start I'm pretty sure. Leno is first choice. He's better with his feet which matters to Arteta.
