Guaranteed €1m prize pool for FanTeam’s FPL-style season-long Fantasy game

Sponsored by FanTeam

What if we tell you that you can get involved with a Fantasy game involving 1% of the opponents you had last year in Fantasy Premier League and, if you finish first, you will win €200,000?

Too good to be true, right?

  • Maximum 75,000 teams to enter
  • Minimum €1,000,000 prize pool
  • €25 entry fee per team
  • Top 5,659 teams paid

And the best part? Only 9,000 teams are registered right now.

The €1,000,000 prize pool is guaranteed – this means, regardless of whether the cash league fills or not, FanTeam will pay out the entire €1m winnings, as advertised.

FANTEAM WEEKLY/MONTHLY PRIZES

If the €200,000 first-place prize and top 5,659 payouts weren’t enough to encourage you to enter, FanTeam also offers weekly cash prizes for the three highest-scoring Fantasy managers every single Gameweek, giving you more opportunities to win your entry fee back, plus much more.

Weekly winners:

  • 1st place: €250
  • 2nd place: €100
  • 3rd place: €50

Monthly winners:

  • 1st place: €1,000
  • 2nd place: €600
  • 3rd place: €350
  • 4th place: €175
  • 5th place: €100

Win a share of €1m as FanTeam and Fantasy Football Scout join forces

So, to quickly recap: for your €25 entry fee you get to enter a team in the €1,000,000 season-long cash league and the chance to win manager of the week and monthly cash rewards for topping the leaderboards.

What more value could we possibly throw at you? Well…

How about €45,000-worth of exclusive daily Fantasy Football contests, available to those that enter the €1m season-long game?

Exclusive weekly tournaments for Season Game players

The daily Fantasy games are similar to the season game but last only one weekend or for a single match. You can try these games for free: FanTeam has scheduled 33 tournaments, one per Gameweek, open only to the players who entered the season-long game.

    Coady or Saiss?
Who do you feel is best to have?

I went for Coady, more solid and was actually pretty attacking last season

I think Saiss. Talk of him being a rotation risk but Nuno seemed to suggest new signings would be eased in anyway

Did anyone play this FanTeam game last season? I mean 200k euros for 1st place sound little bit like a fairytale. They won't have more than 10k entries and they will give so much money like they are Rothschild?

A guy won fpl & fanteam both last season if I'm not wrong. Then got stripped of FPL title

It's insane value. Definitely play if you can.

I'm guessing they're using this game as a means of acquisition. If people have money on FanTeam, they will use it to gamble on other things. So maybe they lose a bunch on this particular game, but gain in increased customers.

They don't have T&Cs available on the website, just Terms of Service, which isn't the same thing. I added up all the prize money, and it comes to €968,950, and that's assuming 10 game months, rather than 9. I appreciate they will lure in a lot of punters, but atm they're on course to lose over €750,000 on this game, not to mention the people they employ to run it, and the cost of advertising.

The numbers don't stack up for me.

Which of these trios going forwards from GWK2?

    A) Werner - Martial - Salah or KDB - Alli
    B) DCL - Martial - Salah - Fernandes
    C) Werner - DCL - Fernandes - KDB (-4)

    1. Un De Sceaux

      None. Never condsider DCL.

Probably A out of those 3 because DCL isn't in it. Fernandes is kinda essential after GWK2 though

difficult. I'm intentionally not even thinking about KDB as its not going to be possible to fit all the essentials in (Auba, Salah, KDB, Fernandes!). In isolation. Would prefer an option with Salah, KDB and Martial...

Webster probably more nailed with Veltman a strong threat to Lamptey, but both could be rotation risks.
