Hang on until the pressers and see how many you're definitely missing. If it's only Salah then just hang on. Also if you use it you might need to take into account the possibility of say Chilwell and Wilson being out more than a week which might mean you have a similar problem next week.

Not a great set of fixtures to free hit for I don't think. Just try and get by with a hit if necessary and move on this week. The upside will be much greater for the Free Hit later in the season.
