Would you reshuffle your team with hits to fit in Kane even if you already have Son?

Think he’s a season keeper but if your not bothered about losing any value and plan to get him back in after 29 then could work.

Best Grealish replacement if he is out?
    A) Barkley,Traore,McGinn, El Garzi. DGW26, possible DGW 28. Game in 29
    B) Lookman DGW 26. Game in 29
    C) Barnes or Maddison. Better players DGW26 but no game in 29.

Bit quieter on here so I’ll change the subject...football shirts. I collect 80’s and 90’s football shirts and got about 400 currently. What’s your favourite football shirt and why? Does it bring back amazing memories of a moment/season your team did well or maybe you just love the shirt?

Good switch. Chelsea 83/84 is special for me. A great kit too. The yellow away was great too. Le coq had some great kits around then.

Love those early 80s shirts. Very simple but classic designs. I don’t have any early 80s Chelsea but I have the amazing coors away shirts from around 1993/94

80s designs are amazing, really simple at the start of the 80s and got a bit more out there towards the end of the decade. 90s took that on and the designs got a bit crazy!! Love that period of football shirts....don’t think it’ll even get better.

Been trying to get a Ajax 88 original for a while but refuse to pay £300+

Ajax both home and away were great. I may still have the home one in the loft , long shot but possible

I also liked Coventry and Norwich around that time. Think hummel made it. Hummel made the best shirts around that time tbf

Palace in the early 80s with the sash.
Cameroon’s sleeveless number in about 2000ish.

Holland 88 is the ultimate really. Original shirts go for £500+ now.

Newcastle had some amazing shirts over the years. Again the late 80s to mid 90s were probably the best. Think I’ve got almost all the early 90 home and away

Really tough to pick a favourite, got lots of J-league shirts which I love as they’re so unique and got a lot of Roma shirts but Denmark 86 or USA 94 are probably my 2 favourites.

It’s getting hard to find bargains now as it’s got quite fashionable to collect shirts. I did pick up a random job lot about 8 years ago at a car boot sale, around 30 Man U shirts from the 90s and paid less than £100 for all of them!

Yes that’s a great story. Remember following it when cult kits released the shirt as no one had seen one in years, turned out its remake/fake but still love the mystery around it and that Nintendo sponsor is so good!

How do you store all of yours? Are they still in the same state as when you bought them?

I've only got 3 tops, 2 of them are Sunderland tops from when I was about 8 years old so we're between 95-98 and one is a Sunderland top from 2016.

I obviously am not that bothered about the later one but I want to try and keep the two small ones in good nick

I have them in boxes that are air tight and keep them in house so wouldn’t put them in a garage or loft for example. If I get more space I might hang some on a rail but would get protectors for them. If you search garment covers on eBay then you’ll see what I mean

In your case you could get garment covers for the 2 old shirts and that’ll keep them well protected

Normally I’d say avoid taking hit for bench fodder but guessing the ESR one is being done with gw29 in mind? If grealish is injured, I’d do either A or B without blinking an eye, they’re both good moves. I’m trying to figure out how to get Martinez in

Think it is decided. Antonio > Kane for free and TC the big man.

    Martinez
    Cancelo / Stones / Shaw
    Salah / Gundo / Bruno / Raphinha
Bamford / Kane (TC) / DCL

Subs: Pope / Saka / Dallas / Bednarek

Hits for Leicester players don’t seem worth it as I would lose BGW29 players and going to save FH for 33. WC30.

    Thoughts?

It seems there will only be 2 blank fixtures in 33, so doesn't seem wisest use of FH

it depends on how many players u have. 2 games with 5 or 6 key players out is no better than what u r abt to face for GW29.

8 is enough. There will be carnage.

What would you do to this team if you wanted to play your BB next GW

    Martinez* Johnstone*

    Dias* Mee* Stones* Dallas Coufal

    Fernandes* Salah* Rashford* Gundogan* Rapinha

    DCL* Watkins* Ings

    1 FT 0.1 ITB. BB/TC left

    Any ideas would be welcomed

      Rashford to Son looks natural.

It's not an extra player in 26 but it does gain you one in 29 and Spurs have the slightly better fixtures - even though I like United for the Palace match.

The other one I'd consider is Mee to Targett

Watkins/Maddy (as long as you have Son)

    Which option for 26?

    A) Lowton, Grealish, Salah, Kane
    B) Trent, Son, Rashford, Jesus

      A) Grealish might be injured so Barnes or Maddison

A by quite some distance. A jousting court's length easily.

John McGinn does not own Grealish, but owns himself

He has a decent rank - this year - not in the past

Was all set to pull the wc trigger as soon as the game updates but having second thoughts

    For 26 I already have 9 dgw

    Martinez
    Cancelo Dias tark
    Salah fernandes gundo son
    Dcl

Plan to do ings to Watkins that gives me 10 plus bamford.

Any advantages to wild card instead. Am I missing any good picks? Kane is the obvious one but the rearranged fixture being Fulham rather than saints makes it a bit less appealing.

My team is pretty template so are there others with similar thoughts?

    I have all chips left

Keep wc if you have 10. Could be very handy later.

      Think you'll probably want Kane
      I'm in a similar boat

Yeah but a wc just to get kane? I can’t really see myself changing much else. Maybe tark to someone but that’s about if
