Mark Sutherns and Andy North are back ahead of Gameweek 11 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) after contrasting fortunes last time out.

The FPL BlackBox co-host arrives off the back of a disastrous short-term result from his Wildcard which saw his overall rank double, while Andy sneaked a small green arrow to edge himself up the ladder.

But sporting an early doors Christmas jumper, Mark is in an optimistic mood, particularly with his darling Diogo Jota seemingly set to start Gameweek 11 as a potential differential.

The pair give their views on Spurs’ prospects under new boss Antonio Conte and offer some advice to those wrestling bench dilemmas ahead of Friday’s Gameweek 11 deadline.

      I'd say use Sarr and Benrahma to get funds to beef up your team.

      Could get Trent/Cancelo/James/Chillwell instead of white, could beef up Scarlett, could swap 1 for Foden/Jota and downgrade the other.

      Don't beat yourself too much on this. This only show that you have a strong 11.

      I would advise slowly shift out amartey and ings, make your team more flexible.

    I think most would agree that choosing to play Mbeuno over Antonio is a fair 'play the fixture' choice but that we know the risk.
    Would i be particularly pissed if Antonio hauls with what we know (or think) and i bench him? Probably not considering the fixture and the opportunity that exists in picking Mbeumo.
    It does come down to each individual match up though and i'm even playing Gallagher ahead of the West Ham hitman. My sense of foreboding is real 😯

      I guess you want Edouard as a diff but I would do Ed to Toney for a hit still, I think with Benteke and Ayew in the tactical mix you never know what role Ed will play and how many minutes he will get. Vieira doesn’t seem set on his lineup and attack yet

      I've looked at Edouard quite a lot over the last day or two. He has more or less started regularly but has been shifted positionally. Can't help but feel i really want him to be an option, possibly because i've been so impressed with the new Eagles under Viera, the team looks a good unit with a clear way of trying to play which is a positive in my mind but fpl wise he feels riskier than Wilson for example. It's a very good team with two free transfers.

    Which transfer would be best?

    1. Antonio > Toney
    Toney has a nice run of fixtures, on pens. Antonio up against tougher opposition, bought him for 7.5m so have value tied up.

    2. Azpi > James or Chilwell
    Azpi returns of late have hurt. Chilwell and James flying. Chilwell probably more nailed and attacking. Sideways...?

    3. Dias > James or Chilwell
    I already have Cancelo, Dias returns and City in general have been disappointing. Would be going from City DEF double up to a now Chelsea DEF double up with Azpi/James or Chilwell

      I did 2 last week, but 1 and 3 are the same problems I have.

      I am decided not to do 3 as Chelsea fixture don't turn but not as good, but I do have Chilwell and Cancelo, s you may want to do 2 or 3.
      I am thinking about 1 though

      Lots of Toney love but he hasn’t really been doing it, could change but Antonio is a beast.

      Can’t hurt to change Azpi but would think a Chelsea double up is better than a City one… so 3 for me

        I do (Foster), but it seems like a positive tobe able to bench Grealish and Cancelo (who aren't prolific) against United, and Tino when he doesn't have a great fixture. Question for me is more: which is the best of the worst, since those 3 in my XI right now also aren't the tastiest propositions.

        There may be other more obvious SGW BBs on the way, we'll see. Cheers

    A. Vardy Plus sets up Son move nicely without a hit. Negaitive hates Leeds (Sheff Wed fan) and cold smash them (but never has smashed anything when i have ever owned him)

    B. Antonio. Plus. Could score against anyone and bought him GW1. Negative. Fixtures are tough and hammies could go COuld buy him back for 0.2m more in a few weeks if he doesn't do well so no biggy.

    C. Jimenez. Plus. Ticks over nicely, with Good recent returns. Negative IB break may rest GW12, Palace is easy, just as difficult as Antonio IMO. Could get him or Hwang back GW13. Thinking of 3-5-2 moving forward.
