I played my free hit last week and got 19 extra points. I could have got more with some better choices but on average they aren't quite as lucrative as you think.

I got 50 net points on mine two weeks ago. Was really happy with that outcome.

In your case it is a worse decision because Lacazette has an immediate nice fixture Norwich - so that -4 could really backfire.

I have one but does not have a nice fixture gw19. Nice after that though - McGinn from Villa.

Benrahma also has nice fixtures with West Ham.

I will probably keep him. But I have two Chelsea defenders. Will likely sell Rudiger when the fixtures get difficult.
In your case I think it depends when you brought James and how difficult it would be to get him back.
I got him early so makes me less inclined to get rid.
By the time Chelsea's fixtures get nice again - I think I will be looking at Lukaku and Mount.

It seems going by the cup game ESR will likely be benched, I don't think he will keep up this super sub trick.
