Mark Sutherns is alongside Andy North in another exclusive video for Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout.

The pair will be chatting on our YouTube channel about their own teams and how they’re approaching Double Gameweek 27 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL).

As well as four teams playing twice this time, the topics of Blank Gameweek 28, Double Gameweek 29 and subsequent chip strategies will no doubt also be on the agenda.

    Three flags and still a bit of a bench headache 😀

    I've gotta say this: having a good 15-man squad has taken away most of my reasons for taking hits. It's easier to be patient when I can just bench that underperforming or suddenly rotation-risk (Mahrez, Royal) player and sell for free soon, instead of switching with hits. So Mahrez and Royal stay, while Sanchez to Raya became the priority move with that lone FT for GW27. That means Mahrez to Maddison for free to field 10 in GW28 and maybe get a surprise Royal haul before he goes for Shaw in GW29 to have 11 doublers on the BB. Here's GW27:

      A good bench is a rare luxury we can get with ease thus season with so many cheap top options, usually have to sacrifice the bench to afford the premium defenders

        I think I'll get Darwin in GW31. Can't stretch to TAA or Salah because I've got Haaland and Kane locked in for a while, but I might reconsider Kane vs Salah if Spurs continue getting progressively worse

        Odegaard to Foden ( 🙂 ) looks likey in GW30

        Thanks, but I'll address something here: Mitoma has been clinical throughout his career, so his overperformance, when compared to everybody else (that's what xG does), is really just his normal performance or maybe with a pinch of confidence as his team's riding high on form

        That's an issue with statistical models. Context is always important, so I like mixing those with the eye test, and he does look rather clinical

        That said, there are many reasons to be torn between Toney and Mitoma. Both are excellent. I'm not decided on either

    3 Brighton already (one is Sanchez annoyingly blocking a spot since wildcard 1), plan to FH next week. Used my free transfer already. The difference between my team would be:

    a) Mac10 (c), Haaland, KDB, Kepa
    b) Toney (c) Mac10, KDB, Kepa -4
    c) Mac10 (c) Haaland, Mitoma, Raya -8

    Would love to just do KDB to someone, could do zaha but ideally need a doubler in 29 too

    I have a Sanchez-shaped problem to fix and only 0.1 to play with - so Raya is unaffordable. Ward other gk. Want to BB29.

    a) Sanchez, Odegaard -> Raya, MacAllister (-4). Would take me down to 9 for next week though.
    b) Sanchez -> Steele. But is he nailed?
    c) Sanchez -> Kepa. No double this week, but seem to rotate fairly well.

    Hey guys, who is more likely to start this GW between Odegaard and Martinelli? I know Odegaard is yellow flagged, however it seems like just an illness? While Martinelli played the full 90 in midweek game. What do you think?
