    Saka was my C until midnight the night before. Changed because he was still flagged. Also - I projected 10 pts for Soldonkey this week, so 20 pts as a captain. VAR and a Missed PK and I would have been correct on Soldonkey.
    
    Saka is my VC, so I was rooting against my own VC today. To avoid suffering of regrets. Illogical, indeed.

  This is a guy that went C on Wetlegs for his 24 pt game a few weeks ago. Huge.

      Not sure. Says it in the rules:
      
      The Bench Boost and Triple Captain chips can each be used once a season and are played when saving your team on the my team page. They can be cancelled at anytime before the Gameweek deadline.

Going to have to include some Luton in our free hit teams, purely for aesthetics. Otherwise it's just a big blur of claret and blue, with a bit of white and red thrown in.

Very fitting to have such an uninspiring palate for what looks on paper like a fairly boring use of the free hit.

Hi all, here's a crazy idea, what do you think?

In 29 I'm not using my FH, but I'll be bringing in Toney for Solanke and the plan was to take a -4 to bring in Elanga to be able to field 9.

In 30 however, I'll be getting Salah in for Barkley and Palmer in for Elanga for another -4.

So here's the crazy idea.
Do I just ignore Elanga in 29 and bring Palmer for the -4 in 29, and save myself 4 points in 30?

Obviously assumes Elanga won't get more than 4 in 29, which is probably safe?

    Elanga fits the bill.
    But in 30 I'll also want to bring Palmer in for that cheap midfielder, so I was suggesting just ignore Elanga and bring Palmer in even though he blanks.

  I agree it doesn’t seem like there’ll be much upside in 29.
  The problem you’ve got is the hits you need to take to get in players who most will have anyway. I think if I only had 5 players without hits, I’d probably be forced to FH just to keep up. Taking a -8 to field 7 commonly owned players will be a dent to OR and drops in MLs if rivals will be FHing.
