With leagues across Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Sky Sports and Sun Dream Team there is plenty to catch up on following the international break. We look at those who have excelled during Gameweek 4 and those who are a little richer after having a great week in our PlayON game.

Fantasy Premier League

Gameweek 4 proved a curse for Stumanchu, the previous leader of our Fantasy Premier League (FPL) mini-league. Despite an excellent score of 69 points he has slipped to second – Menat Gosavi’s score of 83 points was enough to clinch top spot, thanks to his Christian Benteke captaincy and investment in both Aaron Ramsey and Hatem Ben Arfa; Menat has also climbed to fourth in the overall rankings. In third place is another Aaron Ramsey owner, David Wilson, who notched up a score of 76 points. The code to join our FPL league, which is currently top of the league of leagues, is 1580-1106.

Our Fantasy Football Scout Members league also has a new face at the summit, with Corey Solveira taking a two point lead with a Gameweek score of 77 points. Hatem Ben Arfa and a Olivier Giroud captaincy proved crucial to Corey’s ascent. Michu-owning Matthew Jenkins sits in second place, while Ivan Heneghan’s captaincy of Ben Arfa helped him keep a firm grip on third place.

Annoyingly for those of us languishing at the foot of the Fantasy Football Scout Contributors and Moderators’ FPL league Greek Fan has finally worked out the entry code and joins in first place. Last year’s victor Andy rises to second and our newest member of the moderator team Athletico Timbo takes third.

Sky Sports Fantasy Football

With a score of 388 Nick Whitrid moves from third to first in our Sky Sports Fantasy Football league, with Josie O’Neil slipping to second and Mary Humberstone falling one place to third, with her second team in fourth. The winner of our Sky league, which is joint top of the league of leagues, wins £1,000. To join, visit Sky Sports Fantasy Football and key in League Name: FFScout, League Code: 8000112.

The Sun Dream Team

Lee Walpole tops our Sun Dream Team league with a score of 345 after some heavy investment in Tottenham and Arsenal. Just two of his players, Leighton Baines and Robin Van Persie, are from teams outside of North London. In second is Simon Wall with a score of 315, while Sam Hutchinson and Charles Mouzon share third place with a score of 314. All points are, of course, subject to change tonight following the Europa League ties. To join visit The Sun Dream Team, league name: Fantasy Football Scout, password: ReWOZhn1T1 and PIN: 8061654.

PlayOn

Anthony Squires was the winner of PlayON’s £1,000 guaranteed game with a haul of £384 thanks to a team selection that included Giroud and Ben Arfa. Carl Lane takes second and a pot of £256 and in third is Daniel Kings, who is now £152.32 richer.

In our exclusive Fantasy Football Scout PlayON £2 game a total of £232 was on offer. Kev Mather was in first place and won £69.60 after selecting, among others, Giroud and Ramsey. Anthony Squires was successful again, taking second place and winnings of £46.40 and in third place, with £18.56 in his pocket, was David Burraway.

UEFA Champions League

In our UEFA Champions League all our top three competitors captained Cristiano Ronaldo and have Lionel Messi, David Alaba, Atsuto Uchida and Isco in their sides. These five players brought them 89 points in total. Mak Gold, with a total score of 130 and an 8th place overall ranking, is first, None the Less is in second and in third is Rraya. The details for joining our UEFA Champions League mini-league are: league name FFScout, league code 1209685-489925.

Was considering that, I am not on my WC and so I am delighted to see that many WC teams are looking similar. Will keep Lampard for the home game this week and probably will shift for Michu if he looks bright. Glad I have some money in the bank, the team cost me exactly 99.9M I think but it at least 1M maybe 2M more expensive now. The cash in the bank is to hopefully fund Suarez or Rooney in future weeks.

Pretty decent, 90k I think, maybe slipped a couple of places but not too sure. Had a good opening 2 weeks getting >65 in both. 3rd was a bit worse at around 50PTS. 74 last week brought me up, it was all down to captaincy GW3, otherwise I would be in the top 10k. My main goal is to win by H2H against 30 odd casuals, winner gets the pot of £300 and as a teenager that will do very nicely. Already joint first, and my main competitors teams are a joke at best. Things are looking good.

    Early Bird Update

For those who have had a good start this season, this league is for you.

To qualify all you need is to have scored:

    67 in GW1
49 in GW2 with no hits or 54 with a hit. More hits equals higher score needed.
48 with no transfers in GW3 or 54 with a hit.
52 with no transfers in GW4 or 58 with a hit.

Code is 58-338 for those who pass these 4 points.
168 qualified. Plenty get knocked out each week.

      Surely Coleman is a must?

West Ham don't have any decent strikers and will struggle to score.
Luka to come into the Everton team will boost them too.

That is an awful lot of money spent on a defence though.

I'd go Col, Walker, Ivan, Zab

Can someone help me. Ive never looked at Price Rises and falls mostly because I don't get it.

I want to bring in Moses for Coutinho this week.

I looked at the TotalFPL website and he is at 92.5% and on Fiso he is at 81.2%.

Do I need to get him in real soon to beat the price rise? How long can I leave it before Im taking a risk or is it already a risk?

At lot of people that don't understand price rises, like me last season, wait until last minute to transfer just in case of injuries. I think a big number of transfers for players like Ramsay, Ben Arfa and Moses will come in late afternoon today.

        1) My post is a reply fail to someone elses post about price increases.
        2) This is a very good question and i hope someone knows the answer.

I heard the increases happen at like 2am. If true, then i guess if a player hits 100% before then, say 9pm on any given day, you have that window till 2am to make the transfer? Just a guess.

Look after the arsenal fixture (like arsenal can defend anyways...) and their fixtures are gold for another 5 weeks.

Michu is a proven FPL commodity.

        Giroud 4.5 to 1

        Sturridge 6.5 to 1

So its sitting on Giroo for now.... until i log in again (too many C choices this week)

I prefer Giroud. Arsenal are creating a ton of opportunites. Sturridge has just been lethal/opportunistic to convert his few chances. Liverpool are also missing their key creative player in Coutinho

Yeah ive been meaning to get in Vidic or Nasty but just cant find the FT to do it ( always something more pressing and thats why my defence looks shabby.

If Soldado doenst score an open play goal I think next week it will be Rooney and Eriksen in for Soldado and Nolan (-4) - leaving my backline to rot again.

I would not touch Ferdinand at all and I dont understand the love for him on here.

He is at least 70 years old, and while is still a solid defender he will be a huge rotation risk when the games start flowing.

He has been a rotation risk / injury prone for years now. I feel this bandwagon will end soon.

Sorry if that sounded rude but all these WC with Ferdinand in them are doing my head in...

Estimate % chance of Moses starting each of the next 3 GWs?

sounds about right. Coutinho being out only adds to his nailed on-ness

As long as Coutinho is out, I'd say he should start on average at least 75% of games

possible. He's risen 7% today already and the majority of FPL players are only just waking up

I currently have Welbeck in my team.. opinions on him playing this week?

I personally think Moyes will play Danny out left as you know what you're going to get from him plus he is in some decent form. Wasn't particularly impressed with Kags out left againsts the Germans.

Just trying to work out if I keep Danny in this week and make a change elsewhere or do I do the deed and Danny > Lukaku

    Migs , Bourc
    Toure, Dawson Coleman (Chester, Whittaker)
Walcott, Yaya, P Hernandez, Lampard, (Redmond)
    Giroud, Soldado, Welbeck

My view would be RVP and Rooney start up front and Welbeck benched.

Lukaku could be a good punt yeah. Migth be tempted to just keep Welbeck this week and save the FT. Then next week dump one of Yaya/Hernandez to fund Welbeck to Rooney

(If you do keep Welbeck I'd play Redmond over him)

Thanks - yeah I think you make a good point.

I may either save the transfer or look at shipping P Hernnandez
