If your strategy is to save a transfer next week, then you're right. I was more coming from the perspective that the City defense has a risk of rotation and if you go for Otamendi and he's benched you save a transfer next week, but it gives you 0 points this weekend (or whatever your bench player achieves) this week - different strategy = different solutions » Read

I would go for neither and rather watch what Pep surprises us with. You can still bring in a City defender next week once you know how strong their defense is with the rotation starting around their busy schedule now » Read

It looks good on paper, but we're reaching the part of the season where rotation risks will start at Man City. I'm currently also having KDB and Sterling, but after their international involvement it could well be that either one of them might get a break against weaker teams (like Norwich) before CL starts. Otherwise your team looks great. You have some quality on the bench as well. I would not upgrade defense as of now, not enough clear clean sheet candidates. Let's not get too optimistic with Liverpool and City defense as of yet » Read
