Poland Sadly can't see more than 1-3pts for us in the group stage. Lewandowski is not enough as our mid is really average/poor. Some are too old and some are too young. Lack of service for Lewy esp in big games. We did good at Euro 2016 as few players hit great form like Błaszczykowski or Grosicki but they won't play now. I wouldnt invest in our def neither even we have good GKs like Szczęsny or Fabiański plus cant see any assisnt from our full backs. Hidden gems...maybe Moder and Jóźwiak. » Read

Agree but you forgot about our GK? Not that bad imo. Also sadly Zieliński can't hit that form/status as he has in his club. » Read

  5. Euro 2020 Fantasy strategy: How best to pick and swap captains on a Matchday 24 days, 9 hours ago

Agree. Fantasy Euro is great for casuals as no need to make long term moves and only few games for most teams means no real data needed just eye test. Changing captain/bench players is easier than people think so no big planning needed here but at least it adds some fun esp when your captain got small return and next day some big hitter has nice game. Im not against it, its fun but also a bit boring as you said. » Read

Im waiting for HoF to be updated (made 2 posts asking mods about it but got no reply). You can find any manager history there who played at least 1 season in FFS mini league. Non members can see HoF without data from current season but for members its updated from time to time but as far as I know even for members it hasent updated fully yet. » Read

I played him few times and got 0 returns + 1 red card. Benched him few times when he hauled. Its funny actually 🙂 » Read

No doubt - Dallas! I started with Ayling but after I saw Dallas in few games made early change. His goals gave me a lot of fun and points. Even when I didnt have him for his brace vs City he gave me rank boost as didnt owned any City player that game and they were high owned. Martinez, Gundo and Stones were also great early buys. For short time even Pickford and James were fantastic for my team. Got them all in the right time. » Read

I played all fantasy Euro/WC even fantasy Copa America but think that this year will take a break to enjoy pure football as even forgot how it was before FPL got me in 🙂 Those Fantasy tournaments arent same as FPL. First of all its really short so there is no time to climb the rank if you have bad start. I finished really high once around 130th place after great GW1 but most of the time had meh start and meh finish as was going template. It works in FPL as season is long but here that doesnt have to give you high rank. Another important thing is callendar as you can swap C and players from bench after every day games so its important to have strong bench and players who play in diferent days (stick or twist questions will be popular). With chips, unlimited transfers twice, and more transfers in later stages of the game you dont really have to plan much. Focus on every GW to get as much out of it as possible. Dont make much long term plans. My advice is to pick some punts in GW1 t… » Read

First of all its really short so there is no time to climb the rank if you have bad start. I finished really high once around 130th place after great GW1 but most of the time had meh start and meh finish. My advice is that to pick some punts in GW1 team like for example 3xdef from one team and/or punty C etc. I think that if you go template than there is a big "chance" you will finish meh. If you are ok with it than fine but if you want to risk it to finish high than going template wont work imo. Good luck. » Read

Agree with most but think I would use both FH and WC in GW 2 and GW3. Will have to look at fixtures but doing that you can make "perfect" team for every GW in group stage. Than in next stage you will get unlimited transfers so its 4 GWs straight wher you can build team with unlimited moves. Than you will get much more transfers to use every GW so its easier to make changes and WC/FH wont give you that much advantage. » Read

It was always like this in Fantasy Euro/WC games. If you had good GW1 and picked the right players than you finish high but if you had bad start than there is very small chance you will get decent rank as its too short time to chase plus later most teams look very similar as template is strong. One year I finished really high (126 or something) as had great GW1 but few times it was real pain to chase after meh start. » Read

I was playing all Fantasy Euro and Fantasy WC in last years but I think that this year will take a break and will simply watch some football without any points/plans/transfer/chips in my mind. Nice time to relax before next FPL season and enjoy real football as I even forgot how it was before FPL came into my life. Anyway GL for all who will play it. Hope you will have fun. » Read

-32 Most were success. Took 3 hits in first 4GWs 🙂 and just 2 in last 23 GWs. Many hits often (not always) means bad planning imo but sometimes hits are ok as cant prepare for injuries or ideally plan for all BGW/DGW. » Read
