    Death threats are completely wrong but Mike Dean has made an absolutely unreal amount of incorrect calls over the last decade and for some reason, got away with it. Why are referees not questioned about utterly incorrect calls? Why shouldn't they go on TV after the game and explain the reasoning for their decisions. By the way, it's likely he did purposely send off Soucek. No one thought that was a red card, other than Mike Dean, because he makes it all about himself. » Read
