Batten down the hatches, Granville’s wildcard is active. Having suffered an abominable Gameweek 2 mauling, the Mancunian has shuffled, tail between legs, back to the drawing board. The excuses and justification are spread thickly throughout and Granville even calms his jerky knee long enough to strike back at my decision to transfer in Eden Hazard: the cheek of the man.

The usual regulars are, of course, scattered about this nonsense, including a record breaking “All Aboard” the weekend preview and the recent failings of the ScoutCast XI.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Get Carroll in now before his value shoots through the roof???????? He's got Fulham, Norwich, Sunderland, Qpr, Arsenal, Southampton and Wigan in his next 7 fixtures....including 4 home matches!!

    8.4 turn into 9-9.5 very quickly.......................?

    Not a WUM. Serious. Graham to Carroll and lose Yaya for Routledge???

    hangeland kaboul cole (clyne gorkss)
    nasri michu kagawa fellani taarabt
    tevez podolski (torres)

    The KABOUL injury has put a spanner in my planning!!

    have 0FT. really worrried about my defense so:
    A: take a 4 point hit to do cole >>> williams and have a defence of hangeland, williams and clyne for gw3
    B: take a 8 point hit to do cole + kaboul >>> saylor + williams
    C: take a 8 point hit to do cole + taarabt >>> williams + nolan (as i am not sure if taarabt will play this gw)

      well i'd completely discount A. kaboul is out for 4 months. Cole misses one GW. i'm in the same boat with clyne or a 4 pointer. leanin towards clyne. unless he gets minus it won't be catastrophic. i'd go kaboul to saylor/ridgewell/rangel or someone for a -4. then maybe clyne to someone you might want long term. but i'd probably just do the one move

    So, Deadzoners, is Hazard 100% necessary from gw4 onwards? Thinking about transfers for gw4:

    A) Bale -> Hazard (only if Bale does little against NOR)
    B) Pienaar, Kompany -> Hazard + cheapie (4pt hit)
    C) Ignore Hazard for now

    Thoughts?

    Bale vs Hazard part 2:

    Bale:
    Shots - 7 (2 on target)
    Key passes - 7

    Hazard:
    Shots - 9 (2 on target)
    Key passes - 8

    Bear in mind, Hazard has played 3 matches, Bale only 2. Bale mainly seems to lack someone putting his key passes way. Now that Ade is there, will that change?

    Perhaps not so clear-cut any more?

            West Brom beat Liverpool 3-0, which is still a good effort. They are a solid, improving team, but then again you haven't watched them play so how were you to know?
            For record, Hazard has played Wigan away and Reading and Newcastle at home, not really hard games are they? Look at Hazard when he played against a good side (Man City)...

          we are two weeks in....once a couple of hammerings come Wigans way...which they inevitably will...Maloney wont be so attractive, and Boyce might not be playing out of position, he might just not be playing.

          Wigan are riding a wave of excitement. They have lost Moses, Diame and Figueroa and have just had Alcaraz hurt or sent off for straight red I THINK (so misses three matches...again..I THINK). Dont hold onto Wigan bubble lads/lasses............

    Need a bit of help,
    Current WC team;
    Vorm, Cerny
    ShawX, Hangeland, Rangel, Jenkinson, Cuellar
    Hazard, Kagawa, Fellaini, Sterling, Michu
    RvP, Tevez, Petric

    Looking at upgrading Sterling, giving me 6.4 to spend...
    Do I bring in;
    Duff (who I don't think will continue his scoring spree)
    Kacaniklic (Nailed on provided Dempsey leaves..is he leaving??)
    Guthrie (Advanced role in the 4-5-1)
    Or someone else??
    Ideas?

    Hi all,

    Finalised my WC team: Thoughts?

    . Yes keeper crisis, but i will rotate juicy with another 4.5 keeper who has a good run of fixtures.

    ------Juicy(Cerny)------
    Baines, Hughes, Cuellar (Clyne, Gunter)
    Hazard---Kagawa---Michu—Bale---(Guthrie)
    Berbatov—RVP—Tevez

    Thank you

        Dont want Graham (Michu in), Dont fancy Ba (Newc not impressed me yet) and Petric will play behind Berbatov.. Berbs?
        Fletcher?
        No GREAT options for this gw anyway, so I could just save the transfer and sort my sh*t out next gw

        Podolski - Marv - Fabio OUT
        Want Baines in, Guthrie, and..??

    I had two big European teams show an interest yesterday but my priority still remains to play in the Prem. We will see how the day pans out.
