Making money should be secondary to scoring points. While cash is important (especially for January WC) i do not think it is essential. I remember money not being an issue for most the last 5 gw of the season.....cash has less of a signicance then....it is all about form and fixtures.

- ohh ouch! 🙁 i'm sorry. why don't you get the game? and yeahhh im extremely shocked that neither barca nor RM made it. arguably the two best teams in the world right now with the two best players in the world and tons of other talent. you'd think at least one of them would make it, either RM as league winners or barca with how well they've done recently and because they have like half the spanish national team in their squad 😀

Haven't played UCL fantasy before and I'm not too familiar with the "smalller" clubs in Europe so I'm pretty much making a team based around Ronaldo and Messi.
Can anyone start me off with some cheap bench players I should have?

You don't have bench players in UCL. You get manager subs, which means you start all your earliest players and if they don't perform then you can replace them with players who haven't played yet.

The only reason I've chosen Ronaldo over RVP is that Utd always play on the same night as Barca and I won't have another certain captain choice for the other night...
I see messi and ronaldo as better versions of fpl rvp (about the same price too) and alba as a better and cheaper version of baines

Pienaar, Fellaini always gets yellow cards and is playing higher up at the moment but I don't know will that last. Plus Pienaar is cheaper and owned by 10% less. I think for the long term Pienaar is going to score more attacking points.
