Following the conclusion of Gameweek 21, we’ve updated both the Career Hall of Fame and the Live version for members. The Career version now includes all new additions to the Fantasy Football Scout leagues and is viewable to all via this link or a new top menu “HoF” link. This table will be updated every week with new entrants.

The “Live” version of the Hall of Fame, available to our Members, has been updated to include points earned in Gameweek 21. This will be updated with the latest rankings 24-hours after the conclusion of every Gameweek from this point on.

If you missed our meeting, emails and telegrams on the Hall of Fame and wondering what all this chatter is about, look below for a quick guide. Alternatively, you can view this movie to listen to myself and Rate My Team’s Chris Atkinson talk you through it.

What is the Hall of Fame?
In simple terms, this is as ranking system which can be applied to everyone in our Fantasy Premier Leauge mini-leagues – both the free and the members league. The Hall of Fame tracks the performances of every manager over each of the seasons they have participated and awards a ranking according to the performances. We have a career table that updates every season and a live table that will be updated using the latest season data, after every Gameweek.

How is my rating calculated?
The “HoF Rating” is based on your points scores from previous FPL seasons, with the latest season weighted the heaviest and each corresponding season weighted at roughly 80% that of the previous season. So, in other words, those who performed best in 2011/12 will receive a bigger HoF Rating boost from those who did best in 2006/07. The “HoF Ranking” even allows for those with missing years, adapting the formula accordingly to allow to rank alongside the veterans of the FPL.

How do I join the Hall of Fame
Simply sign up to our leagues, either the Fantasy Football Scout Classic League (40184-13425), or if you’re a member, the Members Classic League – the code is available on the dashboard of the Members Area.

How do I find myself in the Hall of Fame?
The search box at the top of the ranking tables allows you to search by surname or by FPL id.

What if I don’t want to be listed?
Either notify us via support@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk or simply leave the Fantasy Football Scout league and you’ll be removed on the next update.

When does the Hall of Fame get updated?
The Career table is available to all and is updated at the end of each season to display the latest rankings.

The Live version of the Hall of Fame is updated every week to use the latest season data. This version will only be available to our members in the Members Area. If you wish to get access to the live version, you can sign up as a member – our half season memberships are now available for just £10.     Which Double gameweekers are people thinking about getting if Chelsea and Southampton don't draw at the weekend?

    I think it's a mistake?

    If their FA Cup game is a draw tomorrow, then the replay will take place at the Bridge on Jan 16th. So I think they've muddled up their info?!

      Hahaha. Sorry fellas! I wasn't on another planet, but I was up in the sky. Had a flight today, busy all day packing, travelling and unpacking. Missed that scout article! A mate told me about it, but I Googled it and it came up with only 3 seemingly untrustworthy articles from sites I'd never heard of. No news on PremierLeague, Chelsea or Saints websites at all, and I hadn't checked Twitter. Came here to clear it up!

    I think if the DGW does go ahead I'll do Bale to Mata.

    Mata has had his rest, obviously we can't know for sure but personally I feel he won't be rested for at least a few games now, especially considering the effect of his absence last time. Before he was rested he was scoring points with considerable reliability, and neither Stoke nor Southampton pose are exceptionally difficult fixtures to prevent this.

    Bale agains QPR might seem like a dream but we all saw how QPR *can* perform with their recent win so it's not a foregone conclusion by any means. In addition nobody rates Bale higher than Redknapp so rest assured he'll take particular measures to try to stop him, maybe doubling up. Not saying he can do anything to stop him but he more than most will go out of his way to deal with it tactically.

    The alternative would be changing someone else (eg Michu) for Mata, and keeping Bale. This is tempting, although it requires an additional (-4) hit and losing 0.3 value.

    How are your plans regarding these two shaping up? Was this an optimistically long post?

      December and Jan usually. I live in South Africa, so I don't know for certain, but the weather doesn't look too bad this year. I doubt there'll be many (prob any?) postponements.

      historically...

        Removed Suarez so that I can fit in Berbs/Lambert who rotate perfectly. Also allowed me to get a good DGW balance so I think its well worth it with Liverpool's tough away fixtures.

    hmm ok I have discovered that if I sell Mata to Cazorla after this GW I'd have 1.1 in the bank

    This would allow to do either

    a)Turnbull to Jussi/Chesney and have 2 DGW keepers (have Gibbs and O'Brien as well)

    b) Shorey to Sagna

            thanks, was just wondering what kind of team they're likely to put out. I'm hoping they field a weakened team and Murray and Zaha can nick a few goals

              I reckon it'll be near full strength, possibly Huth given a rest with Sorenson in nets, but Pulis takes the Cups seriously, given they can't do too much in the league.

    How much will the DGW influence the NTI of the players? Cause currently I have Suarez but am planning to switch him to Luiz for the double gameweek, Suarez already went 0;1 up, Luiz will in a few days I reckon and he will be boosted after the DGW is official. Suarez is a most wanted player, but he wont be a central striker anymore so that might temper things a little.

    Who do you think is the most likely to rise two times, when Suarez already did ones but Luiz has a double gameweek coming up?
