The ScoutCast – Episode 135 – Arrivals

28 August 2014 4924 comments

Mark

With cheque books fluttering on the eve of the transfer window slamming shut, our Fantasy seasons could be transformed by some notable new arrivals. In this week’s ScoutCast episode, Granville and I chew over the latest fresh faces to crash the player list – United’s “Angel” Di Maria and Liverpool’s “Devil” Balotelli.

With just a single point between us and the comfort of top 100k placings, my co-host and I are more than just a little content as we the rule over the current bandwagons and preview another weekend’s action. It won’t last.

Bed yourself in via this link, or get acclimatised via the handy player below…

Shamefully desperate repost... 1 FT with 2.5m ITB.

DDG
Clyne - Cahill - PVA
Fabregas - Ramsey - Siggy - Mata
Rooney(c) - Costa - Fletcher

Gilks - Albrighton - Wisdom - Moore

I'm thinking save but that money is burning my pocket somewhat... what to do, what to do?

Thanks in advance!

It's only one gw, followed by a fortnight hiatus. I think I'll keep him and my FT to close off the transfer window with the WC in my pocket.

I'm only eying up my ML title though, and I think my oppo will keep him, so that's my excuse. If you're challenging overall you might want to avoid the 1 pointer.

        Rooney, Costa, Naismith here.

You've got nothing to worry about if you have a playing 5th mid. I'd start Costa even if that were the case though.

I have Costa, Dzeko and Muney injured and I am affraid I won´t have 11 players to play.

I am thinking about:

Terry , Dzeko + Costa -----> Colocini + Aguero + Adebayor + 0.5m

For a 8 point hit.

What would you do?

Been told not to wildcard, but I'm not sure where the transfers will be best used?

2FTs...0.0m in the bank.

Krul - Foster

Cahill - Chambers - Naylor - van Aanholt - Wisdom

Fabregas - Ramsey - Mata - Siggy - Marney

Rooney - Costa - Dzeko
