Today’s Wembley showpiece between Chelsea and Arsenal affords Fantasy managers further opportunity to scout our options for the upcoming campaign, with the Premier League kick off now just six days away.

For the Blues, Diego Costa is sidelined due to “discomfort in his hamstring” once again. Loic Remy is handed the chance to lead the line in the Spain international’s absence, with loan signing Radamel Falcao on the bench. William and Ramires join Eden Hazard in the attacking midfield three behind Remy, with Jose Mourinho naming last season’s defensive regulars along with Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic in the double-pivot.

Theo Walcott gets the chance to lead the line for Arsenal, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain selected in the XI as Olivier Giroud is named amongst the subs. Arsene Wenger’s side are as expected, otherwise, with Hector Bellerin selected ahead of Mathieu Debuchy at right-back, whilst Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey join Oxlade-Chamberlain in the positions behind Walcott. Jack Wilshere misses out through injury for the Gunners.

Even when there is no chance. Arsenal is winning the match and Chelsea causing no trouble.

Disagree. One poor performance doesn't undo all his excellent work the last few years......

Plus there's currently nobody to replace him

Arsenal look better with Giroud, he plays the midfielders in much better. If Wally starts he should play as a winger..

Wally was lethal against Villa in the FA cup. Chelsea is a better team at defending, not a lot of space for Wally

100% agreed. Or then Walcott in when they're leading and opponent has to raise the defence line. Although that didn't work today.

Have people actually looked at how much gametime Walcott has had over the last 2 seasons? He might be playing as a striker but he's made of glass

When he's fit he's a beast for fantasy football. We can transfer him out if he gets injured.

It's a short-term move until Sanchez is back for most people. If you can catch his rare runs in the team, he will score loads of points.

Not worth the risk imo. I'll take the risk on Costa or Aguero but they both played a lot more than Walcott last year

Am going with Cech in goal as I can't handle rotating GK's given I pick the wrong option everyweek, like Panti/Heaton last season.
