Today’s Wembley showpiece between Chelsea and Arsenal affords Fantasy managers further opportunity to scout our options for the upcoming campaign, with the Premier League kick off now just six days away.

For the Blues, Diego Costa is sidelined due to “discomfort in his hamstring” once again. Loic Remy is handed the chance to lead the line in the Spain international’s absence, with loan signing Radamel Falcao on the bench. William and Ramires join Eden Hazard in the attacking midfield three behind Remy, with Jose Mourinho naming last season’s defensive regulars along with Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic in the double-pivot.

Theo Walcott gets the chance to lead the line for Arsenal, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain selected in the XI as Olivier Giroud is named amongst the subs. Arsene Wenger’s side are as expected, otherwise, with Hector Bellerin selected ahead of Mathieu Debuchy at right-back, whilst Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey join Oxlade-Chamberlain in the positions behind Walcott. Jack Wilshere misses out through injury for the Gunners.

Didn't phrase the last q right. Its between:

    A) Pelle & Sterling (+0.5m)

    B) Kane & Mane

Bellerin looking like a solid option, imo.

Just need to see if I can fit both him and Azpi. Money is tight.

Mert is the safer bet though at 5.5, otherwise go for Cech ?

    Opinions appreciated...

    Courtois
    Clyne / cedric / cresswell
    Hazard / sterling / ozil / Walcott / sinclair
    Kane / lukaku

    Subs - francis / prodl / kozak

    Thanks

Yeah there's much better options at 5.5 than Cresswell - Merts, Clyne, Jags, Bellerin, Darmian

      Love the grav!

I'm not a fan of 3-5-2 but if you're going that way I would want someone stronger than Sinclair as a fifth mid and a premium striker (Aguero/Rooney/Costa) for flexibility.

Also, do you need two Ars mids? Use one to get Utd cover? Depay / Mata?

I have a spare 0.5. Use it to:

    A) Coates > PVA
    B) Jenkinson -> Cresswell or other 5.5M
    C) Keep in the bank

    Envy My Team

    Stekelenburg, Hennessey

Azpilicueta, Mertesacker, Gomez, Huth, S Taylor

    Fabregas, Cazorla, Ozil, Mane, Ritchie

    Rooney, Kane, Sakho

No Haz, Other than that, I think it is as good as im gonna get. Rotating Gomez and Huth, as well as Ritchie and Sakho. Double nailed on ARS attack and a DEF. SOU rep in attack and DEF. Love Kane, especially after week 1. Really no gambles here except gomez. (dont really care if Saylor is a waste)

I have been watching closely everything going on this preseason, no need to spend the next work week beating my head against the wall. barring injury before the deadline. FUZZY is SET.

i dont think it is all that huge. It sucks if it doesnt pan out but I dont think anyone who buys him before week 1 will be worrying to take him out after week 1 if he doesnt start. too many other kneejerks to attend to.

Plus the LFC community is absolutely gushing over him, he started with the "A"team against Helsinki while Moreno started today....rather have risk tied to a 4.5 def than say Walcott or Giroud. I mean wally will most certainly start week 1, but both look dangerous to me as long term investments.

High and likely to return some points, not a great bet long term though....at 5mil would be a steal if he could nail down a starting spot

Thoughts on this team? First draft, decided to punt on JRod who can easily be switched out.

    Butland // Hennesey
    Azpilicueta // Bellerin // Huth // Francis // Saylor
    Hazard // Walcott // Chadli // Milner // Wanyama
    Rooney // Benteke // Rodriguez
    +2.0M

Money in the bank to fit Agüero in when necessary. Don't want to make too many transfers getting him in, so the extra funds give me more flexibility.

I we could upgrade Bellerin to Koscielny, leaving 1.5M in the bank, but Bellerin seems like a great option to me. Nevertheless, Koscielny has excellent BAPS potential iirc.

Just realised this is in the wrong place, but still appreciate any feedback.

If Arsenal, Liverpool & Chelsea don't play well you're in trouble.
