The ScoutCast quintet take on established Fantasy thinking in this latest episode, as we debate the quest to smash the current template squad.

What is the template? How can we break it? Should we even bother?

The discussion that unfolds is predictably sprawling and often heated, as once again the conflicting philosophies on Fantasy management in the ScoutCast crew are laid bare.

Elsewhere we let the rest of your community questions steer the conversation, as we contemplate Sanchez at United, battle Firmino vs Aguero and even find time to check in on Stoke.

Try as we might, even we struggle to argue about Stoke.

By the way, off the air we carried on the debate and, in the end, everyone agreed that I was right and that I also had the best beard.

    Just watched some of the City Liverpool game again. It seemed to me Pool was able to defeat City by pressing high and cutting off the passing lanes to their key players which forced City's defenders in uncomfortable situations and made them play a lot of long balls to their wingers. Also, they fought really hard for the second ball and were rather strong with their finishing. Will be interested to see if other teams will try to do this to them although the only ones capable of doing it are probably the other top six teams.

        Yeah. Good point however I think for the worser sides that it may workout okay sometimes while other times it will fail horribly. Interested to see if others will try it and how successful it will be. Really interested to see how Leicester will do in 3 weeks

        Got 0.4m so I could just do Zaha to Arnie.

        It's true that with B I don't need to get rid of Eriksen, I just keep looking at that 0.6-0.8m I've got tied up in him that could be redistributed.

        Currently only got one nailed sub this week and even he could get minus points (Lascelles).

      2 FT close to pulling the trigger on:
      Vert & Son -> Alonso & Shaqiri. Then removing RLC next week. I like the Shaqiri punt with his fixtures / talent and it increases the option to save FH in GW31. Loathe to lose Son a week early but it gets me Alonso, plus Son seems to get his hauls at home anyway.

                  Sorry for the late reply. I mostly don't like it as it's for -8 but aside from that fact I don't reckon it's that much of an overall upgrade particularly this week where Kun is prime captaincy material.

                  I have Lingard and Mahrez might lose Lingard next week but not sure yet.
                  He does offer great value so decision to lose him is not easy.

                I´m also in 1 - Ogbonna 2 - Dunk 3 - Quaner in the moment. I think Quaner will not start and the other too it´s flip a coin but WHA plays home so let´s go.

                  I am going to bump Quaner up 1 spot as per suggestions.
                  Even with Ogbonna playing it's probably 0,1 or 2
                  Quaner could get something even with limited minutes.

                Yeah i would have been much more comfortable if it was C) was Firmino & Arnautovic but doesn't quite work.

                I have always felt De Bruyne's price tag is too high to justify but he keeps on getting the points in!
