Breaking things down by position, the statistics offer valuable insight on the weekend’s performers, in addition to revealing the potential on offer by some new potential targets…

Thinking of getting rid of cashely (good idea/bad idea? I will have no chelsea cover)
Im contemplating:
- cole and coleman out and getting evra/vidic in with konchesky.
Should i go for this or hold off until next week after the chelsea newcastle game. Also who out of evra/vidic represents the best value?

I'm starting to think Evra.
United might play him on the wing on occasions with O'Shea playing left back. He's also capable of delivering a bunch of assists or even the odd goal.
With prices the way they are, I don't think Vidic is worth 0.5 more than Evra.
Elmo will be out of my team after this week, can't afford to have a player who is qaurenteed a start.
Thinking maybe Coleman/Evra/Kolavov as a replacement.
Konchesky/Coleman/Kolarov/Blackburn def look good for the next few weeks.

Just had an interview with Bruce and he seemed to suggest that he would be picking one or the other of Bent and Gyan when they are fit. Might be something to consider for those in the market for either.
I noticed that aswell.
I don't see why he won't play them together. I saw them up front together this season (albeit for about 20 minutes) and they looked very lively, feeding off each other.
Better than Welbeck anyways.

To be honest, I don't think anyone is looking to get either in.
There's suddenly a huge selection of forwards.
Tevez, Elmander, Davies, Torres, (Carroll, Drogba who most people have already). Unlikely to make a difference for most.

Well personally i think Bolton are punching above their weight a bit at the moment, so if you take their strikers out the equation you've only got one option there less than 11m.
I've got Elmander but i don't think he will keep up this kind of form forever - was looking to Gyan as a possible replacement.
Wouldn't surprise me but I can't see how he can leave Bent out of the team except for non premier league games. If that's the case he isn't going to let Gyan sit on the bench after recent performances.
I can't see why he wouldn't pick both. Sunderland surely can't afford to bench a multimillion pound striker each week?
for gods sake! elmo on the bench again. Any chance he won't have a 30 sec appearance?

Whats the deal with Bramble? I was looking at him over Bardsley and I am not spending 5.1 on Onuoha. Maybe Gordon might be a good man to bring in for the useless Krul!

I got Jagielka in 4 weeks ago and he has earned me like 3 points between one zero score, a 2 pointer and a 1 pointer, so I would say avoid until Everton look like they can keep a cleanie, I would say Kolarov is better value or even Boateng for that price
Hence why Boateng didnt play sunday, nice of Mancini to say it in his press conf..
