i may not have seen much of azpi this year, but he seems much more like a defensive minded LB, no? i know he get's forward, but not with the drive and enthusiasm that ivan has. last year i had azpi as he was a bargain, but it annoyed me that he's always one of the defenders staying back when they win a corner whereas ivan, terry and cahill all join the party

If you saw him in the champions league it was a different story. Much more licence to get forward and much better returns. Playing on the right would prob help him a bit more too 😉

He's defensive-minded at LB because he's playing on the wrong flank. He's very attacking minded at RB. Look at his first season with Chelsea. 6 assists in just over 2000 minutes.
