Thoughts on Clyne? Prefer to spend minimum on DEF but Liverpool kept 14 clean sheets with a poor defence last year, Clyne scored a couple & gave a number of assists, as well as having Benteke to target this season. Is he a proper shout?
agreed on the minimum spend for defenders, i like to have one fairly decent one next to 2 cheap gems. Clyne could be a good shout..

Haidara? Will newcastle get cs? Will schneiderlin start as a utd fan not sure. Also aguero due to copa. Other than that great team.
Both look pretty solid, very strong across the board. Amavi is a definite choice for me anyway, Aston Villa have a good run apart from Utd 2nd GW.
Just a couple of players i'm waiting on like yourself. Walcott is down as a Mid so he could be a great pick if he gets the game time & position that he wants BUT will Arsene give him the chance ahead of Giroud who did have a pretty decent season, even if he does play Walcott on the wing, still a good shout considering Walcott makes those out to in runs in behind & will get Midfielder points for scoring.
Tadic - not so sure about
Schneiderlin - could possibly bag a few goals from crosses & set pieces
Payet - We'll need to see if he can handle it in the Prem, will keep an eye on him for sure.

in the sky game its 5 points for goal for ALL players, so no extra midfield goalscorer points..
Why did i think it was more points for a Mid or Def scoring? Did they change the point scoring.. lol confused.
Who is the best captaincy option? It's supposed to be Southampton (or Newcastle), they play on Sunday then next Saturday. But does the week change of Friday to the next Saturday change things?
Gameweeks are different this season:
Your captain change is given to you when a Game Week starts (A Game Week starts on Friday at 00.01am and runs until midnight the following Thursday).

See a lot of people with Abdi in their teams and i've just read on SSN that Jurado has signed for Watford, if i remember correctly he's an attacking minded mid so that would throw a bit of doubt over Abdi now. Just a heads up! 🙂

Yeah Abdi is know a definite doubt for a starting 11 spot, also Watford have signed Britos so Angella also not looking for good for a budget defender option.

Your only downside is sheer numbers or some of the bigger leagues - but I reckon you'll do it
Sheer numbers in a large cash league doesn't happen though. (highest cash league is different to a normal league)
FISO won last year (im in that one too this season) not sure how many they had but cant imagine it was that higher number.
Are the prize splits and prize positions for this set in stone or are they subject to change? Would be a bit disappointing to finish 4th and then be told that it'd been changed to just the top 3 recieving prize money for example.

2nd team has 3 changes. Fabregas, Cazorla and Hendo in for Silva Depay and Milner.
Benteke is just there for captain use in GW2 and will be coming out for either Kane or Rooney to start GW3. Have enough mitb that that position will end up as Costa or Sanchez in the long run.
Even if Hennessey goes to WBA is he nailed on with Myhill there?
Abdi no longer likely to start due to Jurado signing for them.
Im not convinced with depay just yet want to see if he adapts to the prem.
I have money to upgrade Hennessey to another lower table keeper if he either doesn't move or we get the impression Myhill will start. If Abdi doesn't look like playing then a serious re-jig is in order. He's played at CDM and CAM in pre-season though so I'm hoping his game time won't be compromised by the new signings given his adaptability.
Depay I need for captaincy in GW4 as I'm really not convinced about Rooney.
Seen a lot of people go for Rooney. Is he really essential? Hasn't scored over 20 league goals in the last 3 years and hasn't scored yet in pre-season. They're back in the CL too and he ain't getting any younger. Not saying he'll ever be rested but I have serious doubts about him being capable of scoring 20+ anymore. For 0.1 more you can have Sanchez or 0.2 more Costa. Arsenal and Chelsea should both comfortably outscore Man U this season IMO.
Rooney last few seasons hasnt been playing uptop. The last 2 seasons he has hes scored 20+ goals.hes got fixtures on side

Thoughts on Walcott? He gonna get much game time up front? And if not is he guaranteed to start in the attacking 3 behind the CF? He's generously priced compared to previous years but unless he's guaranteed to start I'm not sure I can go with him. Too much risk of being subbed off and rotated I fear.
I would say he's guaranteed for the first few weeks with Sanchez missing at least the first game.

I'm fairly certain all 3 of your defenders are fine. All 3 of heir position rivals (Rangel, Billy Jones and Cissokho) are all vastly inferior.
Billie jones has been ahead of mathews preseason. They both could also rotate so unsure on either

Gone for Elphick and Koyate over Abdi / Naughton for security of starts early on will re-evaluate during first international break. Bolasie and Mane are a major part of my captaincy plan early on. Before swapping Rooney for Aguero GW3 ready for everton (a) and Watford (H) the following week.

Kouyate is a bit iffy but apart from that it looks good. Giroud could perhaps be upgraded to a heavier hitting striker if you could find he funds somewhere. Giroud may be under threat from Walcott at CF and to upgrade him to Costa/Sanchez/Rooney after a few weeks would prob cos you 2 transfers.
Newbie question but what score should be aimed for each week? Obviously the higher the better but are we looking at over 100 each week or 60 average like in fpl?

It ranges, but if you average 70-80 per week you wont be too far away.
I think the winner got 2477 points last year which when divided by 38 is 65.
I'm generally happy with anything 50+ in a single GW and anything 100+ in a double GW.

Albrighton is a risk given Ranieri's reputation for rotation. Out of all the positions in football that are most liable to rotation it's wingers.
Aguero is fantasy football dynamite. If you've got mitb to upgrade one of your strikers to him when he's up to speed then grreat but if not you could be missing out.

Team looks great tbh. Kasper is an option if you have a plan to invest the 0.2m elsewhere to upgrade. If not then stick with Panti.
I've never been a fan of newly promoted strikers but both Ings and Austin racked up the points last year so it can go both ways.Only trouble is if they get off to a 1 in 6 start you have to make 2 transfers to uprade them to a premium mid/str given they're so cheap.
So it looks like Aguero is definitely out of GW 1. Do you put him in your sky team from the start of save enough in the bank to get him later?
