What do you think is the better option
A) mane and atsu
B) tadic and Ritchie
I'm unsure whether tadic is going to get the game time because he was benched quite a few games last year.
Think Tadic was injured more than just benched tbh. TADIC & RITCHIE for me, fact he's the penalty taker helps.
Think I'd be more concerned about Atsu's game time than Tadic. Atsu has only started one of the three pre-season games so far, but a cracking price if he's a regular starter...

Anyone considering Schneiderlin? His TBs and PBs mean he's basically guaranteed at least 4 points per start. Is he nailed on though? I fear him, Schweinsteiger and Carrick could be rotated to keep them all fresh given they're back in the CL.
Almost 6 points a game if he continues his current stats trend.
Like you im heavily considering and he could get goals too if he box to boxes it

Vertonghen is an odd pick. Very few go 4 at the back in Sky.
Targett won't play when Bertrand is back and he posted on social media that his recovery is going better than expected.
Elsewhere it looks good. Just not a fan of 4-5-1. 3-5-2 is much better.

I think over the course of the season Milner will get more points and be more consistent. Deeney could easily go on a stretch of 2, 2, 7, 2, 2, 2 and that would get my fingers very itchy seeing that sort of return from a strikers position.

Abdi seems to no longer be an option given the signings of Jurado and Berghuis. In the 4-2-3-1 Deeney is a lock up front and Ighalo as one of the 3 AMs. Capoue and probably Behrami at CDM so that leaves 2 spots between Abdi, Anya, Vydra, Berghuis and Jurado.
That's unfortunate I was hoping a lot of people would fall in to the Abdi trap. His price is blinding you.
On the Monday, West Brom play Man City. Can I wait until the teams news then make a transfer? I get points for my new player?

Nice team.. Pretty similar to one I came up with but the lack of Man City might be an issue, although that will be covered when AGUERO is fit. Defence is cheap ñ cheerful but I would be tempted to improve on Angella, not a guaranteed starter, keep 0.2 in the bank for AGUERO and improve the defence think you have a very decent team.

Russell Martin should play. Played every game for Norwich last year and is the captain. Dependant on if they sign another CB though. Decent opening fixtures for Norwich too.

Not heavy enough in the forwards. Giroud could have his game time threatened by Walcott. You'd be better dropping Merte for a mid range mid and upgrading Giroud to Rooney with a view to making him Aguero when the time suits.
Keeper is a bit suspect too. The West Ham and Sunderland keepers will get roughly the same pts as Fabianski and they're mmore generously priced.

I understand nobody is really sure whether Jurado is nailed on yet but I think out of the attacking mids he is has got the best chance of starting.
Decent team. Not a great fan of Elphick as he's got little attacking threat and don't see loads of bournemouth cleanies. If Jurado starts then he's a great enabler.

Seriously good planning with your transfers in this scenario is key in my book. I don't think many understand this loophole correctly.

Absolutely. The tricky thing with this is getting your last (c) choice correct so he will be involved in the 1st days play (sat) in the following G/W.
Otherwise you are going to lose a double pointer if you have to facilitate a (c) change before the start of the new G/W.
I think setting aside 60-70 % of your transfers on this tactic may suffice and your remaining transfers can be used for injuries etc.
How would you get four in week 2?
I get three in week 1, but how do you convert this to four in week 2?
It's quite straightforward really, when you remember that you can transfer your (c) out and the player coming in would inherit the (c) on default and score double points accordingly.
The trouble with this plan in G/W 2 is that the last G/W match on Sunday involves Liverpool against Bournemouth. And only Bournemouth have a game on the first day of the following G/W as Liverpool play on the last day in the G/W (Monday).....If you fancied Bournemouth to do well against Liv and Hammers the following G/W then that would be perfect.
You would not ideally want to use too many transfers to take advantage of these (c)double pointers. Plan out weeks that can accommodate this strategy by having a strong (c) on the last day in the G/W who also plays the first matches in the following G/W.

Some debate whether Abdi will feature. Was mentioned in the press that Konchesky was surplus to requirements at Leicester so I'd be on the lookout for a replacement defender...
in my experience of playing sky last year, may be worth taking hits at the back for a couple of low priced players that play rarely - but at least you aren't having points deducted at the possibility of some teams getting smashed.
More money for up top where the real points grabbers lie. Admittedly consistent points from the back can also mount up, its a tough shout I'm not sure myself what to do yet
I'll keep Abdi as he's the most likely to play from players in his price bracket and allows me to have all the expensive players. Konchesky is also so cheap so it'll be tough to find someone, but I'll look
