      At best they have decent players that need to be playing alongside class players.

      There won't be a really noticeable difference for a while, mainly due to fitness, the players have to build that up to the level his style requires (a lot of the injuries we've had can be attributed to this), I've seen people say this is the case and is similar to Poch's time at Southampton and Spurs, a lull in form until the team are truly fit and together.

      The other reason is the squad as it is, many of them need to adapt to the style but many are just not good enough, in January some players may be offloaded but the funds, from what I've read, just aren't there, sadly its buy to sell and the Summer will be when most of the shake up happens.

      There have been glimpses of what can be achieved, signs of the style of play being utilised correctly, but unfortunately consistency has not been seen, next season will show really if things are changing for the better, as of right now very few players can be used to build the team, and more steel needs to be added clearly.

      Hendo, Lucas, Can, Sakho, Lovren, Firmino, Coutinho, Ibe, Sturridge (if he maintains his fitness), Origi and a few others all look like they could be kept, the others more than likely are off. In my opinion.
