Join us for the latest episode of FPL Breakfast Club on Fantasy’s Football Scout.

We will be live between 11:15am and 11:45am to see in the latest Gameweek.

Joe and David will be joined by Az this morning ahead of what proves to be an interesting weekend of action.

There are flags of varying colours on several key assets and with some managers making transfers earlier in the week, the hits are expected to flow.

James Maddison and Richarlison are proving the biggest problems with Fantasy managers struggling to find mid-price midfielders to fill the gap.

It will be interesting to see how our Breakfast Club crew have tackled the latest challenge thrown down by the FPL gods.

Once our we have covered our transfer plans we will bring you live and breaking team news from the lunch-time kick-off as Cardiff host Brighton.

        This is one of the games they would have targeted as a must win match at home. They will attack Brighton. Imagine they’ll swamp Brighton early doors and the Seagulls will look to catch Cardiff on the break.

    Used triple captain on Salah 3 minutes before the deadline.

    Main reasons were:
    - Using it in a DGW has never panned out for me (e.g. Sterling dropped for one game and blanked the other last year)
    - Rotation becomes more of a factor in the season from here on out, increasing the risk that your TC gets reduced minutes or dropped entirely
    - I am unlikely to be more confident of a given player returning in a single fixture than I am today. Fulham are the whipping boys this season and Salah has scored in every home game except against Man City
    - My vice captain also has good form and a good fixture in case the unthinkable happens - Hazard (EVE)

      Not if you use it on the right player. I agree last season was a bit of a dull one in terms triple captaincy results but the season before that a lot of big names did great. Kane went mad - 31 points, Sanchez - 27 points, KDB -17 points to name a few.

          We'll see. Simply following bangwagons all season won't get you anywhere. The money saved from 'downgrading' Salah to Mane - currently 3.2mil is more than enough to upgrade elsewhere and have an extra premium player.

          There's no denying that at some point Salah could make an appearance in my team, however, I could be wrong but after the mid week champions league game and the likes of shaqiri, keita and the likes being fit, klopp could mix it up and it could subsequently have an effect on Salah.

        I half agree but he also wasted a lot of chances last season and still set a new FPL points record despite not being favoured by the BPS system. He can waste 5 chances for all I care as long as he scores two.

      I am guessing the rationale is they wanted a Liverpool attacker but didn't fancy taking hits and rearranging their team to fit Salah/Mane in. Dodgy at best but he could definitely get returns if he plays.
