Pre-Season

A whole host of Chelsea players have been added to the Fantasy Premier League price list.

Strikers Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi have both been involved heavily in the Blues’ pre-season campaign and Fantasy managers have been eagerly anticipating their price reveals.

With Olivier Giroud at £7.0m, the price makers at FPL towers have ensured there is no way of comparing Chelsea forwards on cost by bringing both Abraham and Batshuayi in at £7.0m as well.

It is still unclear which of the three centre-forwards is the standout forward for Chelsea thus far so Fantasy managers should keep tracking their minutes on the Pre-season Page.

Meanwhile, FPL have also announced three more Chelsea players in Mason Mount (£6.0m), Kenedy (£5.5m) and Kurt Zouma (£5.0m).

The future of the latter remains up in the air with Everton hoping to bring him back to Goodison Park after an impressive spell in 2018/19.

We recently published a Members’ article on Zouma’s importance to the Toffees which you can READ HERE.

Whether the £5.0m proves a price worth paying may depend on which he club he ends up comitting too.

If he returns to Everton then he will be much more assured of a start than he would be at Stamford Bridge.

Other additions include Aston Villa right-back Frederic Guilbert (£4.5m) and Liverpool forward Rhian Brewster (£4.5m).

Serious question & I need serious answers

    Ryan
    TAA VVD Digne Laporte
    Salah Sterling Siggy Mili
    King DelBoy

    Or

    Ryan
    TAA VVD Digne WanB
    Salah Sterling Brooks Jorginho
    King Kane

Ryan would become Burnley keeper once it's established who No1 is

Love AWB but Shaw must have better odds of attacking returns and I’m doubting AWB will pick up defensive baps in sane way at United with different set up.

King had a horrible record last season when Wilson was on the pitch. Deeney I’d take for equal pen chances and better odds of open play returns

Got 4 goals (non pens) in about 28 matches with Wilson up top then 3 in about 7 when he wasn’t!!!

In attack? His final ball at Palace was very average - not a lot to aim at to be fair.

Was a winger so should develop - just think Shaw is ahead on that front. Really don’t see defensive baps in a front foot team that doesn’t sit back. Palace drew teams onto them hence the tackle count

I guess that’s fair to a degree but baps are awarded in all positions, if he makes the interceptions and the tackles as he was doing and is doing in preseason he’ll still accrue baps just whether he can exceed a goal scorer

I see the odd assist in him though

    Views on this team please

Need more man city? Too much spent at the back or forwards?

    lloris

    Trent/Robbo/zinchenko/digne/dunk

    Salah/siggy/Barkley/4.5/4.5

    Kane/king/haller

I would give Haller some time to settle in to assess him, particularly with Man City as the first game

Defence looks good , especially if Dunk goes to Leicester - not 100% about Llloris , if Aurier becomes nailed then you have the Tottenham CS points for less cost plus some attacking potential. Also Lloris only kept 12 clean sheets last season.

Looking to rotate 3 4.5 defenders, 2 of which will play each week. Currently looking at Bednarek, Dunk, Diop, Aarons, A. Smith, and Cathcart.

What would your top 3 4.5 defenders be?

Save the 0.5 and go for Tammy or go for the potential in Haller
