West Ham players are now on the Fantasy Premier League radar after their 3-1 win over Watford.

The Hammers have also have a favourable streak of fixtures coming up to further interest in their assets.

Norwich come to the London Stadium in Gameweek 4 having conceded eight goals in their first three matches of the season.

After that, West Ham travel to newly-promoted Aston Villa, who have just one clean sheet in 2019/20 thus far, which came against a goal-shy Everton side last Friday.

Manchester United and Crystal Palace are the next two sides to travel to East London (in Gameweeks 6 and 8 respectively), before Manuel Pellegrini’s men travel to Bournemouth and Everton.

However, Fantasy managers will still have to ensure they choose the right West Ham player to capitalise on the form and fixtures.

We have gone over the numbers from their first three matches of 2019/20 to work out who that might be.

As this article uses data from the Fantasy Football Scout Members Area, only those who have signed up for the new campaign can access it in full.

Lessons learned from Gameweek 3

    On wildcard:
Pope as keeper og tale Heaton for better fixture and transfer arter next round?

If I go Pope is Burnley doubleup with Pieters abit much? Could swap him for Soy-boy. Gotta pick two 4,5-4,6 defenders and liking Pieters and Mings apart from first Burnley match.

    Any thoughts?

I am not having great time rotating Heaton Pope. But surely wouldn't plan for a swich in a week after WC as something else will come with a bit more urgency praticaly every week.

Yeah, thats what is keeping me from doing it. Will not be rotating, 2nd keeper is Button.

Maybe just go with Pope and just disregard Liverpool match

You are probably right. Any tips for 4,5-4,6 defender? Got Mings and need one more, thinking Soy maybe or possibly WestHam

I like Ward too at Palace
            Or Gilbeurt at Villa
            Both have good fixtures
Either are good with Pope to cover Burnley
            Leicester fixtures not as good

There are 35 out of 38 games to go. Some of the people in the top 10,000 will finish in a lower position than you are in now. Play with freedom. Enjoy the odd inspired punt. Try to be green arrow every week and you wil soon catch lots of people up.

        West Ham: Antonio - hamstring
Norwich: Klose - first game back from hip injury, got a knee injury instead
Sheffield: Bryan - backup player, so not really important in FPL. It does mean the first team wingbacks might have to play in the Cup as well if he's out for long
AVL: Targett - hamstring, making the other AVL fullback nailed (Taylor)

Nah, we’ve been pretty weak and ineffective until he’s come on/after he’s gone off. Will really miss his pace and power and aerial ability, think the team will suffer tbh

Lanzini got both his assists when Antonio was off the pitch didnt he? And nothing while Antonio was on the pitch. Seems Antonio is bad for Lanzini.

Incorrect. Antonio has just come on against Brighton.
When Lanzini was fouled for the penalty against Watford Antonio wasn’t on the pitch, but we haven’t scored a goal from open play without Antonio on the pitch. If you think that’s good for Lanzini then go ahead

If Martial is out but expected back after international break is this strong enough line up to carry transfer or is there transfer you would make? Moura if starts could score well in NLD.

    Pope
    TAA Van Dijk Digne
    Salah Sterling Moura Trossard
    Pukki Jota Greenwood

    McGovern Diop Rico Martial

You already have a lot invested in defence and Lundstrom is worth his place at the moment playing OOP. Montoya getting chances too but if you want to change him then look at similar price options. I would consider trying to upgrade Drinkwater to give you options elsewhere.....

Would you WC if -8 would do?

This is the team after -8
    VvD - Digne - Soyuncu/Montoya - (4.0)
    Salah - Sterling - KdB - Martial - McGinn
    Haller - Pukki - (4.5)

If WC’d I’d maybe get swap Martial out (although bought him for 7.5), and maybe TAA for VvD (via Montoya > 4.0) but happy with the rest. What would you do?

Shipped him for Cantwell ages ago. You might be priced out of that move if you wait another few weeks

Hoping to get a lot of replies to this so I can get a solid consensus. I am planning to get exactly one of these three Man C players to hold for at least the next 6-8 fixtures. Which would you go for and why?
    A. KDB
    B. Sterling
    C. Aguero

    Thanks in advance!

B as more explosive and just looks like he will get a lot of goals this year. He just keeps getting better every season under Pep.

Would appreciate comments on latest wildcard try: leaves nil in the bank

    Pope 4.0
Laporte, VVD, Digne, (Soyuncu, Lundstrom )
Salah Sterling KDB Cantwell (Douglas Costa)
    Pukki, Haller, Barnes

Think can just set and leave most of team as all nailed except when KDB rotated. Will play a fourth defender instead of Barnes perhaps this week. Scope to swap forwards about if others playing better.

    Thank you

Looks pretty solid to me. Very template. But that is not neccesarily bad. I would be tempted to go with Aguero over Salah for the next three though

Barnes + Salah --> Aguero + Mount could pay off. Then you also have money ITB to upgrade Cantwell in case that does not turn out as planned, or to upgrade VVD to TAA, Might be crazy talk. But it's just an idea

Thanks that’s a thought. That would give me four city though, so would have to replace KDB or Laporte.

After some good advice last page and reminders that its a long season, I have set myself a new goal. Get only green arrows for the entire season. Im only 1.7m rank so I should have a better chance than most.

Whats the most green arrows in a row you've ever had?

May be a bit of a personal question, but these pages are largely anonymous.

Anyone have palmar hyperhydrosis (excessively sweaty hands)?

Mate of mine suffers from it, trying to find best treatment option that works well.

Toning down the amount of daily self stimulation helps reduce palm sweat for me

Maybe he should ask at a pharmacy instead of telling his mates to ask for serious responses on a FPL forum

As I understand it if anti perspirants don’t work, see a GP to check nothing causing it like thyroid disease or medication side-effect, and then insist on seeing dermatologist if affect ing dad to day life. Avoid adverts from anyone stating themselves up as a therapist with minimal qualifications.
